1.  *     I do call to witness the Resurrection Day;     I swear by the Day of Resurrection.     I do not swear/make oath with the Resurrection Day     swr+ alqyam+  bsm allh alrHmn alrHym ? laaqsm bywm alqyam+
 
2.  *     And I do call to witness the self-reproaching spirit: (Eschew Evil).     And I swear by the blaming soul.     And nor I swear/make oath with the self, the often blaming/reprimanding.     wlaaqsm balnfs allwam+
 
3.  *     Does man think that We cannot assemble his bones?     Does the human being think that we will not reconstruct his bones?     Does the human/mankind think/suppose that We (will) not gather/unite his bones?     ayHsb alansan aln njm` `Zamh
 
4.  *     Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers.     Yes indeed; we are able to reconstruct his finger tip.     Yes/certainly We are capable/able on that (E) We straighten (recreate) his fingertip (finger print).     bli qadryn `li an nswy bnanh
 
5.  *     But man wishes to do wrong (even) in the time in front of him.     But the human being tends to believe only what he sees in front of him.     Rather the human/mankind wants to debauch/corrupt in front of him.     bl yryd alansan lyfjr amamh
 
6.  *     He questions: "When is the Day of Resurrection?"     He doubts the Day of Resurrection!     He asks/questions: "When (is) the Resurrection Day?"     ysAl ayan ywm alqyam+
 
7.  *     At length, when the sight is dazed,     Once the vision is sharpened.     So if/when the eye sight/vision glared/gleamed/confused and astonished.     faXa brq albSr
 
8.  *     And the moon is buried in darkness.     And the moon is eclipsed.     And the moon punctured/eclipsed.     wKsf alqmr
 
9.  *     And the sun and moon are joined together,-     And the sun and the moon crash into one another.     And the sun and the moon were gathered/collected.     wjm` al$ms walqmr
 
10.  *     That Day will Man say: "Where is the refuge?"     The human being will say on that day, "Where is the escape?"     The human/mankind that day says: "Where (is) the escape/escape to (shelter)?"     yqwl alansan ywmYX ayn almfr
 
11.  *     By no means! No place of safety!     Absolutely, there is no escape.     No but (there is) no shelter.     kla lawzr
 
12.  *     Before thy Lord (alone), that Day will be the place of rest.     To your Lord, on that day, is the final destiny.     To your Lord that day (is) the settlement.     ali rbk ywmYX almstqr
 
13.  *     That Day will Man be told (all) that he put forward, and all that he put back.     The human being will be informed, on that day, of everything he did to advance himself, and everything he did to regress himself.     The human/mankind (will) be informed that day with what he advanced/preceded and he delayed.     ynbA alansan ywmYX bma qdm waKr
 
14.  *     Nay, man will be evidence against himself,     The human being will be his own judge.     Rather the human/mankind (is) on him self (an) evidence/witness.     bl alansan `li nfsh bSyr+
 
15.  *     Even though he were to put up his excuses.     No excuses will be accepted.     And even if he threw (gave) his apologies/excuses.     wlw alqi m`aXyrh
 
16.  *     Move not thy tongue concerning the (Qur'an) to make haste therewith.     Do not move your tongue to hasten it.     Do not move with it your tongue to hurry/hasten/rush with it.     latHrk bh lsank lt`jl bh
 
17.  *     It is for Us to collect it and to promulgate it:     It is we who will collect it into Quran.     That truly on Us (is) gathering/accumulating it, and its reading/recitation.     an `lyna jm`h wqranh
 
18.  *     But when We have promulgated it, follow thou its recital (as promulgated):     Once we recite it, you shall follow such a Quran.     So when/if We read it, so follow its reading/recitation.     faXa qranah fatb` qranh
 
19.  *     Nay more, it is for Us to explain it (and make it clear):     Then it is we who will explain it.     Then that truly on Us (is) its clarification/explanation.     xm an `lyna byanh
 
20.  *     Nay, (ye men!) but ye love the fleeting life,     Indeed, you love this fleeting life.     No, but you love/like the worldly life/present.     kla bl tHbwn al`ajl+
 
21.  *     And leave alone the Hereafter.     While disregarding the Hereafter.     And you leave the end (other life).     wtXrwn alaKr+
 
22.  *     Some faces, that Day, will beam (in brightness and beauty);-     Some faces, on that day, will be happy     Faces/fronts, that day (are) beautiful and good (bright/blooming).     wjwh ywmYX naDr+
 
23.  *     Looking towards their Lord;     Looking at their Lord.     To its Lord looking.     ali rbha naZr+
 
24.  *     And some faces, that Day, will be sad and dismal,     Other faces will be, on that day, miserable.     And faces/fronts, that day (are) frowning/gloomy.     wwjwh ywmYX basr+
 
25.  *     In the thought that some back-breaking calamity was about to be inflicted on them;     Expecting the worst.     (They) think/suppose that a disaster/calamity will be made/done with it.     tZn an yf`l bha faqr+
 
26.  *     Yea, when (the soul) reaches to the collar-bone (in its exit),     Indeed, when (the soul) reaches the throat.     No, but when/if the collar bones/verge of death reached.     kla aXa blGt altraqy
 
27.  *     And there will be a cry, "Who is a magician (to restore him)?"     And it is ordered: "Let go!"     And (it) was said: "Who (is) ascended/elevated (being saved)?"     wqyl mn raq
 
28.  *     And he will conclude that it was (the Time) of Parting;     He knows it is the end.     And (he) thought/assumed that it is the separation.     wZn anh alfraq
 
29.  *     And one leg will be joined with another:     Each leg will lay motionless next to the other leg.     And the shin/leg coiled/wrapped with the shin/leg.     waltft alsaq balsaq
 
30.  *     That Day the Drive will be (all) to thy Lord!     To your Lord, on that day, is the summoning.     To your Lord (on) that day (is) the drive (destination).     ali rbk ywmYX almsaq
 
31.  *     So he gave nothing in charity, nor did he pray!-     For he observed neither the charity, nor the contact prayers (Salat).     So he did not give charity and nor he prayed.     fla Sdq wlaSli
 
32.  *     But on the contrary, he rejected Truth and turned away!     But he disbelieved and turned away.     And but lied/denied and turned away.     wlkn kXb wtwli
 
33.  *     Then did he stalk to his family in full conceit!     With his family, he acted arrogantly.     Then he went to his people walking stretched with his arms moving in a conceited manner (marching arrogantly).     xm Xhb ali ahlh ytmTi
 
34.  *     Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe!     You have deserved this.     Woe/warning/threat (Hell) for you, so woe/warning/threat (Hell for you).     awli lk fawli
 
35.  *     Again, Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe!     Indeed, you have deserved this.     Then woe/warning/threat (Hell) for you, so woe/warning/threat (Hell for you).     xm awli lk fawli
 
36.  *     Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)?     Does the human being think that he will go to nothing?     Does the human/mankind think/suppose that (E) he be left unattended to/disregarded (uncounted with)?     ayHsb alansan an ytrk sdi
 
37.  *     Was he not a drop of sperm emitted (in lowly form)?     Was he not a drop of ejected semen?     Did he not be a drop/male's or female's secretion from sperm/semen, semen being ejaculated/ discharged ?     alm yk nTf+ mn mny ymni
 
38.  *     Then did he become a leech-like clot; then did ((Allah)) make and fashion (him) in due proportion.     Then He created an embryo out of it!     Then (he) was/became a blood clot, so He created (it), so He straightened/perfected (it).     xm kan `lq+ fKlq fswi
 
39.  *     And of him He made two sexes, male and female.     He made it into male or female!     So He made/created from it the couples/pairs, the male and the female.     fj`l mnh alzwjyn alXkr walanxi
 
40.  *     Has not He, (the same), the power to give life to the dead?     Is He then unable to revive the dead?     Is not that with capable/able on that He revives/makes alive the deads?448     alys Xlk bqadr `li an yHyy almwti
