V'aTh-YKNYH BN-YHVYQYM MLK-YHVDH V'aTh-KL-GLVTh YHVDH HB'aYM BBLH 'aNY MShYB 'aL-HMQVM HZH N'aM-YHVH KY 'aShBUr 'aTh-'yL MLK BBL. | And Jeconiah son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and all the removed of Judah, who are entering Babylon, I am bringing back unto this place -- an affirmation of Jehovah; for I do break the yoke of the king of Babylon.` | et Iechoniam filium Ioachim regem Iuda et omnem transmigrationem Iudae qui ingressi sunt in Babylonem ego convertam ad locum istum ait Dominus conteram enim iugum regis Babylonis | |||||

VY'aMUr YUrMYH HNBY'a 'aL-ChNNYH HNBY'a L'yYNY HKHNYM VL'yYNY KL-H'yM H'yMDYM BBYTh YHVH. | And Jeremiah the prophet saith unto Hananiah the prophet, before the eyes of the priests, and before the eyes of all the people who are standing in the house of Jehovah, | et dixit Hieremias propheta ad Ananiam prophetam in oculis sacerdotum et in oculis omnis populi qui stabant in domo Domini | |||||

VYQCh ChNNYH HNBY'a 'aTh-HMVTH M'yL TShV'aUr YUrMYH HNBY'a VYShBUrHV. | And Hananiah the prophet taketh the yoke from off the neck of Jeremiah the prophet, and breaketh it, | et tulit Ananias propheta catenam de collo Hieremiae prophetae et confregit eam | |||||
| 11. | Hananiah spoke in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus says Yahweh: Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon within two full years from off the neck of all the nations. The prophet Jeremiah went his way. | And Hananiah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way. |
ויאמר חנניה לעיני כל־העם לאמר כה אמר יהוה ככה אשבר את־על נבכדנאצר מלך־בבל בעוד שנתים ימים מעל־צואר כל־הגוים וילך ירמיה הנביא לדרכו׃ |

ויהי דבר־יהוה אל־ירמיה אחרי שבור חנניה הנביא את־המוטה מעל צואר ירמיה הנביא לאמר׃ |
VYHY DBUr-YHVH 'aL-YUrMYH 'aChUrY ShBVUr ChNNYH HNBY'a 'aTh-HMVTH M'yL TShV'aUr YUrMYH HNBY'a L'aMUr. | And there is a word of Jehovah unto Jeremiah after the breaking, by Hananiah the prophet, of the yoke from off the neck of Jeremiah the prophet, saying, | et abiit Hieremias prophetes in viam suam et factum est verbum Domini ad Hieremiam postquam confregit Ananias propheta catenam de collo Hieremiae prophetae dicens | |||||
| 13. | Go, and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus says Yahweh: You have broken the bars of wood; but you have made in their place bars of iron. | Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt make for them yokes of iron. |

HLVK V'aMUrTh 'aL-ChNNYH L'aMUr KH 'aMUr YHVH MVTTh 'yTSh ShBUrTh V'yShYTh ThChThYHN MTVTh BUrZL. | `Go, and thou hast spoken unto Hananiah, saying, Thus said Jehovah, Yokes of wood thou hast broken, and I have made instead of them yokes of iron; | vade et dices Ananiae haec dicit Dominus catenas ligneas contrivisti et facies pro eis catenas ferreas | |||||
| 14. | For thus says Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel: I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the animals of the field also. | For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also. |
כי כה־אמר יהוה צבאות אלהי ישראל על ברזל נתתי על־צואר כל־ הגוים האלה לעבד את־נבכדנאצר מלך־בבל ועבדהו וגם את־חית השדה נתתי לו׃ |

| 16. | Therefore thus says Yahweh, Behold, I will send you away from off the surface of the earth: this year you shall die, because you have spoken rebellion against Yahweh. | Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD. |
