1.  *     Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah,- their deeds will Allah render astray (from their mark).     Those who disbelieve and repel from the path of GOD, He nullifies their works. Those who disbelieved and prevented/obstructed from God's way/path He misguided their deeds.         Allatheena kafaroo wasaddoo AAan sabeeli Allahi adalla aAAmalahum

2.  *     But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and believe in the (Revelation) sent down to Muhammad - for it is the Truth from their Lord,- He will remove from them their ills and improve their condition.     Those who believe and work righteousness, and believe in what was sent down to Muhammad - which is the truth from their Lord - He remits their sins, and blesses them with contentment. And those who believed and made/did the correct/righteous deeds, and believed with what was descended on Mohammad, and it is the truth from their Lord, He covered/substituted from them their sins/crimes, and He corrected/repaired their mind/thought/condition.         Waallatheenaamanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati waamanoo bimanuzzila AAalamuhammadin wahuwa alhaqqu min rabbihim kaffara AAanhum sayyi-atihim waaslaha balahum

3.  *     This because those who reject Allah follow vanities, while those who believe follow the Truth from their Lord: Thus does Allah set forth for men their lessons by similitudes.     This is because those who disbelieve are following falsehood, while those who believe are following the truth from their Lord. GOD thus cites for the people their examples. That (is) with that those who disbelieved followed the falsehood, and that (E) those who believed followed the truth from their Lord, as/like that God gives to the people their examples.         Thalika bi-anna allatheena kafaroo ittabaAAoo albatila waanna allatheenaamanoo ittabaAAoo alhaqqa min rabbihim kathalika yadribu Allahu lilnnasi amthalahum

4.  *     Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah.s Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,- He will never let their deeds be lost.     If you encounter (in war) those who disbelieve, you may strike the necks. If you take them as captives you may set them free or ransom them, until the war ends. Had GOD willed, He could have granted you victory, without war. But He thus tests you by one another. As for those who get killed in the cause of GOD, He will never put their sacrifice to waste. So if you met/found those who disbelieved, so hitting the necks until when you weakened them, so strengthen the rope/tie/chain (confinement), so either/or blessing (releasing war prisoners) after (the war ends), and either ransom/compensation until the battle/war/fight drops its weights/burdens (ends), that and if God wants/wills He would have gotten victory from them, and but to test some of you with some (to test each other), and those who were killed in God's way/path, so He will never/not misguide their deeds.         Fa-ithalaqeetumu allatheena kafaroo fadarba alrriqabihattaithaathkhantumoohum fashuddoo alwathaqa fa-immamannan baAAdu wa-immafidaanhattatadaAAa alharbu awzarahathalika walaw yashao Allahu laintasara minhum walakin liyabluwa baAAdakum bibaAAdin waallatheena qutiloo fee sabeeli Allahi falan yudilla aAAmalahum

5.  *     Soon will He guide them and improve their condition,     He will guide them, and bless them with contentment. He will guide them, and He corrects/repairs their mind/thought/condition.         Sayahdeehim wayuslihu balahum

6.  *     And admit them to the Garden which He has announced for them.     He will admit them into Paradise, that He described to them. And He enters them (to) the Paradise (which) He made it known to them.         Wayudkhiluhumu aljannata AAarrafahalahum

7.  *     O ye who believe! If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly.     O you who believe, if you support GOD, He will support you, and strengthen your foothold. You, you those who believed, if you give God victory/aid, He gives you victory/aid, and He affirms/strengthens your feet.         Yaayyuhaallatheenaamanoo in tansuroo Allaha yansurkum wayuthabbit aqdamakum

8.  *     But those who reject ((Allah)),- for them is destruction, and ((Allah)) will render their deeds astray (from their mark).     Those who disbelieve incur misery; He causes their works to be utterly in vain. And those who disbelieved, so destruction/harm (is) for them, and He misguided their deeds.         Waallatheena kafaroo fataAAsan lahum waadalla aAAmalahum

9.  *     That is because they hate the Revelation of Allah. so He has made their deeds fruitless.     That is because they hated what GOD revealed and consequently, He nullifies their works. That (is) with that they hated what God descended, so He wasted/invalidated their deeds.         Thalika bi-annahum karihoo maanzala Allahu faahbata aAAmalahum

10.  *     Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them (who did evil)? Allah brought utter destruction on them, and similar (fates await) those who reject Allah.     Did they not roam the earth and see the consequences for those before them? GOD destroyed their works; all disbelievers will suffer the same fate. Do they not walk/move/ride in the earth/Planet Earth so they see/wonder about how was those from before them's end/turn (result)? God destroyed on them and to the disbelievers similar/alike to it.         Afalam yaseeroo fee al-ardi fayanthuroo kayfa kana AAaqibatu allatheena min qablihim dammara Allahu AAalayhim walilkafireena amthaluha

11.  *     That is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, but those who reject Allah have no protector.     This is because GOD is the Lord of those who believe, while the disbelievers have no lord. That (is) with that God (is) those who believed's guardian/ally, and that (E) the disbelievers (have) no guardian/ally for them.         Thalika bi-anna Allaha mawlaallatheenaamanoo waanna alkafireena lamawlalahum

12.  *     Verily Allah will admit those who believe and do righteous deeds, to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; while those who reject Allah will enjoy (this world) and eat as cattle eat; and the Fire will be their abode.     GOD admits those who believe and lead a righteous life into gardens with flowing streams. As for those who disbelieve, they live and eat like the animals eat, then end up in the hellfire. That truly God enters those who believed and made/did the correct/righteous deeds treed gardens the rivers flow/run from beneath it, and those who disbelieved live long/enjoy and eat as/like the camels/livestock eat, and the fire (is a) home/dwelling for them.         Inna Allaha yudkhilu allatheenaamanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati jannatin tajree min tahtihaal-anharu waallatheena kafaroo yatamattaAAoona wayakuloona kamatakulu al-anAAamu waalnnaru mathwan lahum

13.  *     And how many cities, with more power than thy city which has driven thee out, have We destroyed (for their sins)? and there was none to aid them.     Many a community was much stronger than the community that evicted you from your town; when we annihilated them, no one could help them. And how many from a village/urban city it is stronger (in) strength/power than your village/urban city which brought/drove you out? We destroyed them, so (there is) no victorior/savior for them.         Wakaayyin min qaryatin hiya ashaddu quwwatan min qaryatika allatee akhrajatka ahlaknahum falanasira lahum

14.  *     Is then one who is on a clear (Path) from his Lord, no better than one to whom the evil of his conduct seems pleasing, and such as follow their own lusts?     Are those enlightened by their Lord the same as those whose evil works are adorned in their eyes, and they follow their own opinions? Is who was on an evidence from his Lord as/like (who) his deed's evil/harm was decorated/beautified for him, and they followed their self attractions for desires ?         Afaman kana AAalabayyinatin min rabbihi kaman zuyyina lahu soo-o AAamalihi waittabaAAoo ahwaahum

15.  *     (Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear. In it there are for them all kinds of fruits; and Grace from their Lord. (Can those in such Bliss) be compared to such as shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels (to pieces)?     The allegory of Paradise that is promised for the righteous is this: it has rivers of unpolluted water, and rivers of fresh milk, and rivers of wine - delicious for the drinkers - and rivers of strained honey. They have all kinds of fruits therein, and forgiveness from their Lord. (Are they better) or those who abide forever in the hellfire, and drink hellish water that tears up their intestines? The Paradise'sexample which the fearing and obeying were promised in it, (is) rivers from water not stagnant, and rivers from milk, its taste did not change, and rivers from wine/all intoxicants, (it is a) delight/pleasure to the drinking, and rivers from purified/strained honey/molasses, and for them in it (are) from all the fruits, and forgiveness from their Lord, as/like who he is immortal/eternal in the fire, and they were made to drink hot/cold water, so it cut off/severed their intestines/guts.         Mathalu aljannati allatee wuAAida almuttaqoona feehaanharun min ma-in ghayriasinin waanharun min labanin lam yataghayyartaAAmuhu waanharun min khamrin laththatin lilshsharibeena waanharun min AAasalin musaffan walahum feehamin kulli alththamarati wamaghfiratun min rabbihim kaman huwa khalidun fee alnnari wasuqoo maanhameeman faqattaAAa amAAaahum

16.  *     And among them are men who listen to thee, but in the end, when they go out from thee, they say to those who have received Knowledge, "What is it he said just then?" Such are men whose hearts Allah has sealed, and who follow their own lusts.     Some of them listen to you, then as soon as they leave they ask those who were enlightened, "What did he just say?" GOD thus seals their hearts and, consequently, they follow only their opinions. And from them who hears/listens to you until when they got out/emerged (left) from at you, they said to those who were given/brought the knowledge: "What (did) he say previously/from a short while ?"Those are, those who God stamped/sealed on their hearts/minds, and they followed their self attractions for desires.         Waminhum man yastamiAAu ilaykahattaithakharajoo min AAindika qaloo lillatheena ootoo alAAilma mathaqalaanifan ola-ika allatheenatabaAAa Allahu AAalaquloobihim waittabaAAoo ahwaahum

17.  *     But to those who receive Guidance, He increases the (light of) Guidance, and bestows on them their Piety and Restraint (from evil).     As for those who are guided, He augments their guidance, and grants them their righteousness. And those who guided, He increased them guidance, and He gave them their fear and obedience of God.         Waallatheena ihtadaw zadahum hudan waatahum taqwahum

18.  *     Do they then only wait for the Hour,- that it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens thereof, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their admonition?     Are they waiting until the Hour comes to them suddenly? All the signs thereof have already come. Once the Hour comes to them, how will they benefit from their message? So do they wait/watch except (for) the Hour/Resurrection that (E) it comes to them suddenly/unexpectedly, so its signs/indications had (E) come, so how (is it) for them if/when their reminder/remembrance came to them?         Fahal yanthuroona illaalssaAAata an ta\tiyahum baghtatan faqad jaa ashratuhafaannalahum ithajaat-humthikrahum

19.  *     Know, therefore, that there is no god but Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and for the men and women who believe: for Allah knows how ye move about and how ye dwell in your homes.     You shall know that: "There is no other god beside GOD," and ask forgiveness of your sins and the sins of all believing men and women. GOD is fully aware of your decisions and your ultimate destiny. So know that it is no god except God (there is no God except the one God)? And ask for forgiveness for your crime, and to the believers (M) and the believers (F), and God knows your turning around/over and your residence/dwelling.         FaiAAlam annahu lailaha illaAllahu waistaghfir lithanbika walilmumineena waalmuminati waAllahu yaAAlamu mutaqallabakum wamathwakum

20.  *     Those who believe say, "Why is not a sura sent down (for us)?" But when a sura of basic or categorical meaning is revealed, and fighting is mentioned therein, thou wilt see those in whose hearts is a disease looking at thee with a look of one in swoon at the approach of death. But more fitting for them-     Those who believed said: "When will a new sura be revealed?" But when a straightforward sura was revealed, wherein fighting was mentioned, you would see those who harbored doubts in their hearts looking at you, as if death had already come to them. They were thus exposed. And those who believed said: "If only a chapter of the Koran was descended." So if a perfected/confirmed chapter of the Koran was descended and the fighting was mentioned in it, you saw those whom in their hearts/minds (is) sickness/disease (doubt) looking to you, (the) vision/sight (of) the unconscious on him from the death/lifelessness (the sight of one afraid of death), so (a) warning/threat (so Hell) to them.         Wayaqoolu allatheenaamanoo lawlanuzzilat sooratun fa-ithaonzilat sooratun muhkamatun wathukira feehaalqitalu raayta allatheena fee quloobihim maradun yanthuroona ilayka nathara almaghshiyyi AAalayhi mina almawti faawlalahum

21.  *     Were it to obey and say what is just, and when a matter is resolved on, it were best for them if they were true to Allah.     Obedience and righteous utterances are expected of them. If only they showed confidence in GOD, when mobilization was called for, it would have been better for them. Obedience and a generous word/opinion and belief, so if the matter/affair (was) determined/decided, so if they were truthful (to) God (it) would have been better for them.         TaAAatun waqawlun maAAroofun fa-ithaAAazama al-amru falawsadaqoo Allaha lakana khayran lahum

22.  *     Then, is it to be expected of you, if ye were put in authority, that ye will do mischief in the land, and break your ties of kith and kin?     Is it also your intention that as soon as you leave you will commit evil and mistreat your relatives? So did you maybe/perhaps (hope) if you turned away that (E) you corrupt/disorder in the earth/Planet Earth and cut off/sever your relations/wombs/uteruses? (Did you expect to get away with it? )         Fahal AAasaytum in tawallaytum an tufsidoo fee al-ardi watuqattiAAoo arhamakum

23.  *     Such are the men whom Allah has cursed for He has made them deaf and blinded their sight.     It is those who incurred a curse from GOD, whereby He rendered them deaf and blind. Those are those who God cursed/humiliated them, so He made them deaf and (He) blinded/confused their eye sights/understanding.         Ola-ika allatheena laAAanahumu Allahu faasammahum waaAAmaabsarahum

24.  *     Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Qur'an, or are their hearts locked up by them?     Why do they not study the Quran carefully? Do they have locks on their minds? So do they not consider/deliberate the Koran, or on hearts/minds its locks/closures?         Afalayatadabbaroona alqur-ana am AAalaquloobin aqfaluha

25.  *     Those who turn back as apostates after Guidance was clearly shown to them,- the Evil One has instigated them and busied them up with false hopes.     Surely, those who slide back, after the guidance has been manifested to them, the devil has enticed them and led them on. That truly those who returned on their backs/ends from after what was clarified for them (from) the guidance, the devil enticed/lured for them, and extended in time for them.         Inna allatheena irtaddoo AAalaadbarihim min baAAdi matabayyana lahumu alhudaalshshaytanu sawwala lahum waamlalahum

26.  *     This, because they said to those who hate what Allah has revealed, "We will obey you in part of (this) matter"; but Allah knows their (inner) secrets.     This is because they said to those who hated what GOD has sent down, "We will obey you in certain matters." GOD fully knows their secret conspiracies. That is with that they said to those who hated what God descended: "We will obey you in some (of) the matter/affair." And God knows their secrets.         Thalika bi-annahum qaloo lillatheena karihoo manazzala Allahu sanuteeAAukum fee baAAdi al-amri waAllahu yaAAlamu israrahum

27.  *     But how (will it be) when the angels take their souls at death, and smite their faces and their backs?     How will it be for them when the angels put them to death? They will beat them on their faces and their rear ends. So how (is it) if the angels made them die, they strike/hit their faces and their backs/ends?         Fakayfa ithatawaffat-humu almala-ikatu yadriboona wujoohahum waadbarahum

28.  *     This because they followed that which called forth the Wrath of Allah, and they hated Allah.s good pleasure; so He made their deeds of no effect.     This is because they followed what angered GOD and hated the things that please Him. Consequently, He has nullified their works. That (is) with that they followed what angered/dissatisfied God, and they hated His acceptance/satisfaction, so He wasted/invalidated their deeds.         Thalika bi-annahumu ittabaAAoo maaskhata Allaha wakarihoo ridwanahu faahbata aAAmalahum

29.  *     Or do those in whose hearts is a disease, think that Allah will not bring to light all their rancour?     Did those who harbor doubts in their hearts think that GOD will not bring out their evil thoughts? Or did those whom in their hearts/minds (is) sickness/disease (doubt) think/suppose that (E) God will never/not bring out their hatred/grudge ?         Amhasiba allatheena fee quloobihim maradun an lan yukhrija Allahu adghanahum

30.  *     Had We so wiled, We could have shown them up to thee, and thou shouldst have known them by their marks: but surely thou wilt know them by the tone of their speech! And Allah knows all that ye do.     If we will, we can expose them for you, so that you can recognize them just by looking at them. However, you can recognize them by the way they talk. GOD is fully aware of all your works. And if We will/want, We would have shown them to you, so you would have known them by their marks/identifications/expressions, and you will know them in the word's/opinion and belief's or grammatical mistakes/intonement, and God knows your deeds.374         Walaw nashao laaraynakahum falaAAaraftahum biseemahum walataAArifannahum fee lahni alqawli waAllahu yaAAlamu aAAmalakum

31.  *     And We shall try you until We test those among you who strive their utmost and persevere in patience; and We shall try your reported (mettle).     We will certainly put you to the test, in order to distinguish those among you who strive, and steadfastly persevere. We must expose your true qualities. And We will test you until We know the struggling/defending for the faith from you, and the patient, and We test/ justify your news/information/knowledge.         WalanabluwannakumhattanaAAlama almujahideena minkum waalssabireena wanabluwa akhbarakum

32.  *     Those who reject Allah, hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and resist the Messenger, after Guidance has been clearly shown to them, will not injure Allah in the least, but He will make their deeds of no effect.     Those who disbelieve and repel from the path of GOD, and oppose the messenger after the guidance has been manifested for them, will never hurt GOD in the least. Instead, He nullifies their works. That truly those who disbelieved and prevented/obstructed from God's way/path and they defied/disobeyed the messenger from after what was clarified for them (from) the guidance, they will never/not harm God (in) a thing, and He will invalidate/waste their deeds.         Inna allatheena kafaroo wasaddoo AAan sabeeli Allahi washaqqoo alrrasoola min baAAdi matabayyana lahumu alhudalan yaduroo Allaha shay-an wasayuhbitu aAAmalahum

33.  *     O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the apostle, and make not vain your deeds!     O you who believe, you shall obey GOD, and obey the messenger. Otherwise, all your works will be in vain. You, you those who believed, obey God and obey the messenger and do not waste/annul your deeds.         Yaayyuhaallatheenaamanoo ateeAAoo Allaha waateeAAoo alrrasoola walatubtiloo aAAmalakum

34.  *     Those who reject Allah, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, then die rejecting Allah,- Allah will not forgive them.     Those who disbelieve and repel from the path of GOD, then die as disbelievers, GOD will never forgive them. That truly those who disbelieved and prevented/obstructed from God's way/path then they died and (while) they are disbelievers, so God will never/not forgive for them.         Inna allatheena kafaroo wasaddoo AAan sabeeli Allahi thumma matoo wahum kuffarun falan yaghfira Allahu lahum

35.  *     Be not weary and faint-hearted, crying for peace, when ye should be uppermost: for Allah is with you, and will never put you in loss for your (good) deeds.     Therefore, you shall not waver and surrender in pursuit of peace, for you are guaranteed victory, and GOD is with you. He will never waste your efforts. So do not weaken/enfeeble and call to the peace and (while) you are the defeating, and God (is) with you, and He will never/not reduce your deeds.         Falatahinoo watadAAoo ilaalssalmi waantumu al-aAAlawna waAllahu maAAakum walan yatirakum aAAmalakum

36.  *     The life of this world is but play and amusement: and if ye believe and guard against Evil, He will grant you your recompense, and will not ask you (to give up) your possessions.     This worldly life is no more than play and vanity. But if you believe and lead a righteous life, He will reward you, without asking you for any money. But/truly the life the present/worldly life is playing/amusement and fun/games (attractions), and if you believe and fear and obey, He gives/brings you your rewards, and He does not ask/question you (for) your properties/possessions.         Innamaalhayatu alddunyalaAAibun walahwun wa-in tuminoo watattaqoo yutikum ojoorakum walayas-alkum amwalakum

37.  *     If He were to ask you for all of them, and press you, ye would covetously withhold, and He would bring out all your ill-feeling.     If He asked you for money, to the extent of creating a hardship for you, you might have become stingy, and your hidden evil might be exposed. If He demands/asks you for it, so He asks you persistently, (so) you be stingy/miser and He brings out your hatred/grudge.         In yas-alkumoohafayuhfikum tabkhaloo wayukhrij adghanakum

38.  *     Behold, ye are those invited to spend (of your substance) in the Way of Allah. But among you are some that are niggardly. But any who are niggardly are so at the expense of their own souls. But Allah is free of all wants, and it is ye that are needy. If ye turn back (from the Path), He will substitute in your stead another people; then they would not be like you!     You are invited to spend in the cause of GOD, but some of you turn stingy. The stingy are stingy towards their own souls. GOD is Rich, while you are poor. If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you. Here you are those (who) are being called to spend in God's way/path, so from you who is stingy/ miser; and who is stingy/miser so but (he) is stingy/miser on (against) himself, and God (is) the rich, and you are the poor/needy/deprived, and if you turn away He exchanges/replaces a nation other than you, then they do not be similar/alike to you 375         Haantum haola-i tudAAawna litunfiqoo fee sabeeli Allahi faminkum man yabkhalu waman yabkhal fa-innamayabkhalu AAan nafsihi waAllahu alghaniyyu waantumu alfuqarao wa-in tatawallaw yastabdil qawman ghayrakum thumma layakoonoo amthalakum
