الله لااله الا هوالحي القيوم
|
|
allh laalh ala hwalHy alqywm
|
|
God, no God except He, the alive, the of no beginning and self sufficient.
|
|
Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal.
|
|
3. * |
نزل عليك الكتاب بالحق مصدقا لما بين يديه وانزل التوراة والانجيل
|
|
nzl `lyk alktab balHq mSdqa lma byn ydyh wanzl altwra+ walanjyl
|
|
He descended on you The Book with the truth, confirming to what (is) between His hands, and He descended the Torah and the New Testament/Bible.
|
|
It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong).
|

من قبل هدى للناس وانزل الفرقان ان الذين كفروا بايات الله لهم عذاب شديد والله عزيز ذو انتقام
|
|
mn qbl hdi llnas wanzl alfrqan an alXyn kfrwa bayat allh lhm `Xab $dyd wallh `zyz Xw antqam
|
|
From before guidance to the people, and He descended the Separator of Right and Wrong/Koran, that those who disbelieved with God's verses, for them (is) a strong (severe) torture, and God (is) glorious/mighty, (owner) of a revenge/punishment.
|
|
Then those who reject Faith in the Signs of Allah will suffer the severest penalty, and Allah is Exalted in Might, Lord of Retribution.
|
|
5. * |
ان الله لايخفى عليه شئ في الارض ولا في السماء
|
|
an allh layKfi `lyh $Y fy alarD wla fy alsma'
|
|
That God, no(thing) hides on Him, in the earth/Planet Earth and nor in the sky/space.
|
|
From Allah, verily nothing is hidden on earth or in the heavens.
|
|
6. * |
هو الذي يصوركم في الارحام كيف يشاء لااله الا هو العزيز الحكيم
|
|
hw alXy ySwrkm fy alarHam kyf y$a' laalh ala hw al`zyz alHkym
|
|
He is who pictures/forms you in the wombs/uteruses how (as) He wants/wills, no God except He, the glorious/mighty, the wise/judicious.
|
|
He it is Who shapes you in the wombs as He pleases. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
|
|

هو الذي انزل عليك الكتاب منه ايات محكمات هن ام الكتاب واخر متشابهات فاما الذين في قلوبهم زيغ فيتبعون ماتشابه منه ابتغاء الفتنة وابتغاء تاويله ومايعلم تاويله الا الله والراسخون في العلم يقولون امنا به كل من عند ربنا ومايذكر الا اولوا الالباب

hw alXy anzl `lyk alktab mnh ayat mHkmat hn am alktab waKr mt$abhat fama alXyn fy qlwbhm zyG fytb`wn mat$abh mnh abtGa' alftn+ wabtGa' tawylh wmay`lm tawylh ala allh walrasKwn fy al`lm yqwlwn amna bh kl mn `nd rbna wmayXkr ala awlwa alalbab
|
|
He is who descended on you The Book, from it (are) perfected/tightened verses, they are (F) The Book's origin/mother, and others resembling/ambiguous/obscure, so but those who in their hearts/minds (is) deviation from truth, so they follow what resembled from it, asking/desiring the treason and asking/desiring its interpretation/explanation, and none knows its interpretation/explanation except God. And the affirmed in the knowledge, they say: "We believed with it, all/each (is) from at our Lord, and none remember/mention except (those) of the pure minds/intelligence."

|
He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding.

ربنا لاتزغ قلوبنا بعد اذ هديتنا وهب لنا من لدنك رحمة انك انت الوهاب
|
|
rbna latzG qlwbna b`d aX hdytna whb lna mn ldnk rHm+ ank ant alwhab
|
|
Our Lord, do not deviate from truth our hearts/minds after when You guided us, and grant/present for us from at You a mercy, that you are the grantor/presenter.
|
|
"Our Lord!" (they say), "Let not our hearts deviate now after Thou hast guided us, but grant us mercy from Thine own Presence; for Thou art the Grantor of bounties without measure.
|
|
9. * |
ربنا انك جامع الناس ليوم لاريب فيه ان الله لايخلف الميعاد
|
|
rbna ank jam` alnas lywm laryb fyh an allh layKlf almy`ad
|
|
Our Lord, that you are gathering/collecting the people to a day/time no doubt in it. That God does not break the appointment.
|
|
"Our Lord! Thou art He that will gather mankind Together against a day about which there is no doubt; for Allah never fails in His promise."
|
|
10. * |
ان الذين كفروا لن تغني عنهم اموالهم ولااولادهم من الله شيئا واولئك هم وقود النار
|
|
an alXyn kfrwa ln tGny `nhm amwalhm wlaawladhm mn allh $yYa wawlYk hm wqwd alnar
|
|
That those who disbelieved, their properties/wealths and nor their children, will not enrich (help) them from God, a thing, and those are the fire's fuel.
|
|
Those who reject Faith,- neither their possessions nor their (numerous) progeny will avail them aught against Allah. They are themselves but fuel for the Fire.
|
|
11. * |
كداب ال فرعون والذين من قبلهم كذبوا باياتنا فاخذهم الله بذنوبهم والله شديد العقاب
|
|
kdab al fr`wn walXyn mn qblhm kXbwa bayatna faKXhm allh bXnwbhm wallh $dyd al`qab
|
|
As Pharaoh's family and those from before them's affairs/habits, they lied/denied with Our signs/verses/evidences, so God took/punished them because of their crimes. And God (is) strong (severe in) the torture.
|
|
(Their plight will be) no better than that of the people of Pharaoh, and their predecessors: They denied our Signs, and Allah called them to account for their sins. For Allah is strict in punishment.
|
|
12. * |
قل للذين كفروا ستغلبون وتحشرون الى جهنم وبئس المهاد
|
|
ql llXyn kfrwa stGlbwn wtH$rwn ali jhnm wbYs almhad
|
|
Say to those who disbelieved: "You will be defeated/conquered, and be gathered to Hell, and how/what (is) the bad/low ground.
|
|
Say to those who reject Faith: "Soon will ye be vanquished and gathered together to Hell,-an evil bed indeed (to lie on)!
|
|
13. * |
قد كان لكم اية في فئتين التقتا فئة تقاتل في سبيل الله واخرى كافرة يرونهم مثليهم راي العين والله يؤيد بنصره من يشاء ان في ذلك لعبرة لاولي الابصار
|
|
qd kan lkm ay+ fy fYtyn altqta fY+ tqatl fy sbyl allh waKri kafr+ yrwnhm mxlyhm ray al`yn wallh yWyd bnSrh mn y$a' an fy Xlk l`br+ lawly alabSar
|
|
(It) had been a sign/evidence for you in two groups (who) met, a group fights/kills in God's way/sake, and another disbelieving, they see them (as) two equals to them (B) (twice as much as them) (by) the eye's sight/vision, and God supports with His victory whom He wills/wants, that in that (is) an example/a warning (E) to (those) of the eye sights/ knowledge.
|
|
"There has already been for you a Sign in the two armies that met (in combat): One was fighting in the cause of Allah, the other resisting Allah. these saw with their own eyes Twice their number. But Allah doth support with His aid whom He pleaseth. In this is a warning for such as have eyes to see."
|
|
14. * |
زين للناس حب الشهوات من النساء والبنين والقناطير المقنطرة من الذهب والفضة والخيل المسومة والانعام والحرث ذلك متاع الحياة الدنيا والله عنده حسن الماب
|
|
zyn llnas Hb al$hwat mn alnsa' walbnyn walqnaTyr almqnTr+ mn alXhb walfD+ walKyl almswm+ walan`am walHrx Xlk mta` alHya+ aldnya wallh `ndh Hsn almab
|
|
(It) was decorated/beautified to the people the lusts'/desires'/cravings' love/like from the women, and the sons and daughters, and the vaulted tons from the gold and the silver, and the identified/distinguished (from) the horses, and the camels/livestock, and the agricultural land/plants that (is) the present life's/worldly life's enjoyment and God, at Him good/beautiful (is) the return.
|
|
Fair in the eyes of men is the love of things they covet: Women and sons; Heaped-up hoards of gold and silver; horses branded (for blood and excellence); and (wealth of) cattle and well-tilled land. Such are the possessions of this world's life; but in nearness to Allah is the best of the goals (To return to).
|
|
15. * |
قل اؤنبئكم بخير من ذلكم للذين اتقوا عند ربهم جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار خالدين فيها وازواج مطهرة ورضوان من الله والله بصير بالعباد
|
|
ql aWnbYkm bKyr mn Xlkm llXyn atqwa `nd rbhm jnat tjry mn tHtha alanhar Kaldyn fyha wazwaj mThr+ wrDwan mn allh wallh bSyr bal`bad
|
|
Say: "Do I inform you with (a) better than that. To those who feared and obeyed, at their Lord (are) treed gardens/paradises, the rivers flow from below/beneath it, immortally/eternally in it, and purified spouses and acceptance from God, and God (is) seeing/knowing with the worshippers."
|
|
Say: Shall I give you glad tidings of things Far better than those? For the righteous are Gardens in nearness to their Lord, with rivers flowing beneath; therein is their eternal home; with companions pure (and holy); and the good pleasure of Allah. For in Allah.s sight are (all) His servants,-
|
|
16. * |
الذين يقولون ربنا اننا امنا فاغفر لنا ذنوبنا وقنا عذاب النار
|
|
alXyn yqwlwn rbna anna amna faGfr lna Xnwbna wqna `Xab alnar
|
|
Those who say: "Our Lord, that we truly believed, so forgive for us our crimes and protect us/make us avoid the fire's torture."
|
|
(Namely), those who say: "Our Lord! we have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire;"-
|
|
17. * |
الصابرين والصادقين والقانتين والمنفقين والمستغفرين بالاسحار
|
|
alSabryn walSadqyn walqantyn walmnfqyn walmstGfryn balasHar
|
|
The patient and the truthful, and the obeying humbly, and the spending, and the ones asking for forgiveness, at the times at end of night, before dawn.
|
|
Those who show patience, Firmness and self-control; who are true (in word and deed); who worship devoutly; who spend (in the way of Allah.; and who pray for forgiveness in the early hours of the morning.
|
|
18. * |
شهد الله انه لااله الا هو والملائكة واولوا العلم قائما بالقسط لااله الا هو العزيز الحكيم
|
|
$hd allh anh laalh ala hw walmlaYk+ wawlwa al`lm qaYma balqsT laalh ala hw al`zyz alHkym
|
|
God witnessed that He, (there is) no God except He, and the angels and those of the knowledge (He is) keeping up/taking care of with the just/equitable, no God except He, the glorious, the wise/judicious. (God and the angels and those of the knowledge witnessed/testified that there is no God except God alone.)
|
|
There is no god but He: That is the witness of Allah, His angels, and those endued with knowledge, standing firm on justice. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Power, the Wise.
|
|
19. * |
ان الدين عند الله الاسلام ومااختلف الذين اوتوا الكتاب الا من بعد ماجاءهم العلم بغيا بينهم ومن يكفر بايات الله فان الله سريع الحساب
|
|
an aldyn `nd allh alaslam wmaaKtlf alXyn awtwa alktab ala mn b`d maja'hm al`lm bGya bynhm wmn ykfr bayat allh fan allh sry` alHsab
|
|
That truly the religion at God, (is) the Islam/submission/surrender, and those who were given The Book did not differ/disagree/dispute, except from after what (that) the knowledge came to them, oppression/corruption between them, and who disbelieves with God's signs/verses, so that God (is) quick/speedy (in) the counting/calculating.
|
|
The Religion before Allah is Islam (submission to His Will): Nor did the People of the Book dissent therefrom except through envy of each other, after knowledge had come to them. But if any deny the Signs of Allah, Allah is swift in calling to account.
|
|
20. * |
فان حاجوك فقل اسلمت وجهي لله ومن اتبعن وقل للذين اوتوا الكتاب والاميين ءاسلمتم فان اسلموا فقد اهتدوا وان تولوا فانما عليك البلاغ والله بصير بالعباد
|
|
fan Hajwk fql aslmt wjhy llh wmn atb`n wql llXyn awtwa alktab walamyyn 'aslmtm fan aslmwa fqd ahtdwa wan twlwa fanma `lyk alblaG wallh bSyr bal`bad
|
|
So if they argued/quarreled with you so say: "I submitted/surrendered my face/front to God and who followed me." And say to those who were given The Book and the illiterates/belongers to a nation : "Did you submit/surrender?" So if they submitted/surrendered/became Moslem, so they had been guided, and if they turned, so but on you (is) the information/communication, and God (is) with the worshippers seeing/knowing.
|
|
So if they dispute with thee, say: "I have submitted My whole self to Allah and so have those who follow me." And say to the People of the Book and to those who are unlearned: "Do ye (also) submit yourselves?" If they do, they are in right guidance, but if they turn back, Thy duty is to convey the Message; and in Allah.s sight are (all) His servants.
|
|
21. * |
ان الذين يكفرون بايات الله ويقتلون النبيين بغير حق ويقتلون الذين يامرون بالقسط من الناس فبشرهم بعذاب اليم
|
|
an alXyn ykfrwn bayat allh wyqtlwn alnbyyn bGyr Hq wyqtlwn alXyn yamrwn balqsT mn alnas fb$rhm b`Xab alym
|
|
That those who disbelieve with God's signs/verses, and kill the prophets, without right, and they kill those who order/command with the just/equitable from the people, so announce good news to them with a painful torture.
|
|
As to those who deny the Signs of Allah and in defiance of right, slay the prophets, and slay those who teach just dealing with mankind, announce to them a grievous penalty.
|
|
22. * |
اولئك الذين حبطت اعمالهم في الدنيا والاخرة ومالهم من ناصرين
|
|
awlYk alXyn HbTt a`malhm fy aldnya walaKr+ wmalhm mn naSryn
|
|
Those are whose deeds (were) wasted in the present world, and the end/other life, and (there is) none for them from (a) savior/victoriors.
|
|
They are those whose works will bear no fruit in this world and in the Hereafter nor will they have anyone to help.
|
|
23. * |
الم تر الى الذين اوتوا نصيبا من الكتاب يدعون الى كتاب الله ليحكم بينهم ثم يتولى فريق منهم وهم معرضون
|
|
alm tr ali alXyn awtwa nSyba mn alktab yd`wn ali ktab allh lyHkm bynhm xm ytwli fryq mnhm whm m`rDwn
|
|
Did you not see/understand to those who were given a share/fortune from The Book, they are being called to God's Book to judge/rule between them, then a group from them turns away, and they are objecting/opposing.
|
|
Hast thou not turned Thy vision to those who have been given a portion of the Book? They are invited to the Book of Allah, to settle their dispute, but a party of them Turn back and decline (The arbitration).
|
|
24. * |
ذلك بانهم قالوا لن تمسنا النار الا اياما معدودات وغرهم في دينهم ما كانوا يفترون
|
|
Xlk banhm qalwa ln tmsna alnar ala ayama m`dwdat wGrhm fy dynhm ma kanwa yftrwn
|
|
That (is) because they said: "The fire will not/never touch us, except a counted/numbered days/times, and deceived/tempted them in their religion what they were fabricating.34
|
|
This because they say: "The Fire shall not touch us but for a few numbered days": For their forgeries deceive them as to their own religion.
|
|
25. * |
فكيف اذا جمعناهم ليوم لاريب فيه ووفيت كل نفس ماكسبت وهم لايظلمون
|
|
fkyf aXa jm`nahm lywm laryb fyh wwfyt kl nfs maksbt whm layZlmwn
|
|
So how (is it) if We gathered/collected them to a day/time (there is) no doubt/suspicion in it, and every self was fulfilled what it earned/acquired, and they are not being caused injustice to/oppressed.
|
|
But how (will they fare) when we gather them together against a day about which there is no doubt, and each soul will be paid out just what it has earned, without (favour or) injustice?
|
|
26. * |
قل اللهم مالك الملك تؤتي الملك من تشاء وتنزع الملك ممن تشاء وتعز من تشاء وتذل من تشاء بيدك الخير انك على كل شئ قدير
|
|
ql allhm malk almlk tWty almlk mn t$a' wtnz` almlk mmn t$a' wt`z mn t$a' wtXl mn t$a' bydk alKyr ank `li kl $Y qdyr
|
|
Say: "Oh/You God, owner/possessor (of) the ownership/kingdom, You give/bring the ownership/kingdom (to) whom You will/want, and You remove/pull away the ownership/kingdom from whom You will/want, and You empower/dignify whom You will/want, and humiliate/disgrace whom You will/want, with Your hand (is) the good/wealth, that You are on every thing capable/powerful."
|
|
Say: "O Allah. Lord of Power (And Rule), Thou givest power to whom Thou pleasest, and Thou strippest off power from whom Thou pleasest: Thou enduest with honour whom Thou pleasest, and Thou bringest low whom Thou pleasest: In Thy hand is all good. Verily, over all things Thou hast power.
|
|
27. * |
تولج الليل في النهار وتولج النهار في الليل وتخرج الحي من الميت وتخرج الميت من الحي وترزق من تشاء بغير حساب
|
|
twlj allyl fy alnhar wtwlj alnhar fy allyl wtKrj alHy mn almyt wtKrj almyt mn alHy wtrzq mn t$a' bGyr Hsab
|
|
You make the night enter/penetrate in the daytime, and You make the daytime enter/penetrate in the night, and You bring out the alive from the dead/lifeless, and You bring out the dead from the alive, and You provide for whom You want/will without counting/calculating.
|
|
"Thou causest the night to gain on the day, and thou causest the day to gain on the night; Thou bringest the Living out of the dead, and Thou bringest the dead out of the Living; and Thou givest sustenance to whom Thou pleasest, without measure."
|
|
28. * |
لايتخذ المؤمنون الكافرين اولياء من دون المؤمنين ومن يفعل ذلك فليس من الله في شئ الا ان تتقوا منهم تقاة ويحذركم الله نفسه والى الله المصير
|
|
laytKX almWmnwn alkafryn awlya' mn dwn almWmnyn wmn yf`l Xlk flys mn allh fy $Y ala an ttqwa mnhm tqa+ wyHXrkm allh nfsh wali allh almSyr
|
|
The believers do not take the disbelievers (as) guardians/friends from other than the believers, and who does that, so he is not from God in a thing, except that you fear from them fear/fright, and God cautions/warns you (of) Himself, and to God (is) the end/destination.
|
|
Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah. except by way of precaution, that ye may Guard yourselves from them. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah.
|
|
29. * |
قل ان تخفوا مافي صدوركم او تبدوه يعلمه الله ويعلم مافي السماوات ومافي الارض والله على كل شئ قدير
|
|
ql an tKfwa mafy Sdwrkm aw tbdwh y`lmh allh wy`lm mafy alsmawat wmafy alarD wallh `li kl $Y qdyr
|
|
Say: "If you hide what is in your chests (innermosts) or you show it, God knows it, and He knows what (is) in the skies/space, and what (is) in the earth/Planet Earth, and God (is) on every thing capable/able."
|
|
Say: "Whether ye hide what is in your hearts or reveal it, Allah knows it all: He knows what is in the heavens, and what is on earth. And Allah has power over all things.
|
|
30. * |
يوم تجد كل نفس ماعملت من خير محضرا وماعملت من سوء تود لو ان بينها وبينه امدا بعيدا ويحذركم الله نفسه والله رؤوف بالعباد
|
|
ywm tjd kl nfs ma`mlt mn Kyr mHDra wma`mlt mn sw' twd lw an bynha wbynh amda b`yda wyHXrkm allh nfsh wallh rWwf bal`bad
|
|
A day/time every self finds what it made/did from good (is) present/brought, and what it made/did from a bad/evil/harm, (it) wishes/loves that if between it (the self), and between it (the bad/evil/harm) a distant/far time/duration and God warns/cautions you (of) Himself and God (is) merciful/compassionate with the worshippers.
|
|
"On the Day when every soul will be confronted with all the good it has done, and all the evil it has done, it will wish there were a great distance between it and its evil. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself. And Allah is full of kindness to those that serve Him."
|
|
31. * |
قل ان كنتم تحبون الله فاتبعوني يحببكم الله ويغفر لكم ذنوبكم والله غفور رحيم
|
|
ql an kntm tHbwn allh fatb`wny yHbbkm allh wyGfr lkm Xnwbkm wallh Gfwr rHym
|
|
Say: "If you were/are loving/liking God, so follow me, God (then) loves/likes you, and forgives for you your crimes, and God (is) forgiving, most merciful."
|
|
Say: "If ye do love Allah, Follow me: Allah will love you and forgive you your sins: For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
|
|
32. * |
قل اطيعوا الله والرسول فان تولوا فان الله لايحب الكافرين
|
|
ql aTy`wa allh walrswl fan twlwa fan allh layHb alkafryn
|
|
Say: "Obey God, and the messenger." So if they turned away, so then God does not love/like the disbelievers.
|
|
Say: "Obey Allah and His Messenger.: But if they turn back, Allah loveth not those who reject Faith.
|
|
33. * |
ان الله اصطفى ادم ونوحا وال ابراهيم وال عمران على العالمين
|
|
an allh aSTfi adm wnwHa wal abrahym wal `mran `li al`almyn
|
|
That God chose/purified Adam and Noah and Abraham's family, and Amran's family on the creations altogether/(universes).
|
|
Allah did choose Adam and Noah, the family of Abraham, and the family of 'Imran above all people,-
|
|
34. * |
ذرية بعضها من بعض والله سميع عليم
|
|
Xry+ b`Dha mn b`D wallh smy` `lym
|
|
Descendants some of it from some, and God (is) hearing/listening, knowledgeable.
|
|
Offspring, one of the other: And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.
|
|
35. * |
اذ قالت امراة عمران رب اني نذرت لك مافي بطني محررا فتقبل مني انك انت السميع العليم
|
|
aX qalt amra+ `mran rb any nXrt lk mafy bTny mHrra ftqbl mny ank ant alsmy` al`lym
|
|
When Amran's woman (wife) said: "My Lord, that I made a duty/vow (on myself that) to You what is in my belly, freed/liberated, so accept from me, that You, You (are) the hearing/listening, the knowledgeable."
|
|
Behold! a woman of 'Imran said: "O my Lord! I do dedicate unto Thee what is in my womb for Thy special service: So accept this of me: For Thou hearest and knowest all things."
|
|
36. * |
فلما وضعتها قالت رب اني وضعتها انثى والله اعلم بما وضعت وليس الذكر كالانثى واني سميتها مريم واني اعيذها بك وذريتها من الشيطان الرجيم
|
|
flma wD`tha qalt rb any wD`tha anxi wallh a`lm bma wD`t wlys alXkr kalanxi wany smytha mrym wany a`yXha bk wXrytha mn al$yTan alrjym
|
|
So when she gave birth to her, she said: "My Lord, that I gave birth to her, a female." And God (is) more knowing with what she gave birth to. "And the male is not as/like the female and that I named her Mary,and that I seek protection for her with (in) You, and her descendants, from the devil the cursed/expelled."
|
|
When she was delivered, she said: "O my Lord! Behold! I am delivered of a female child!"- and Allah knew best what she brought forth- "And no wise is the male Like the female. I have named her Mary, and I commend her and her offspring to Thy protection from the Evil One, the Rejected."
|
|
37. * |
فتقبلها ربها بقبول حسن وانبتها نباتا حسنا وكفلها زكريا كلما دخل عليها زكريا المحراب وجد عندها رزقا قال يامريم انى لك هذا قالت هو من عند الله ان الله يرزق من يشاء بغير حساب
|
|

So her Lord accepted her, with a good acceptance, and He grew her good growth, and Zachary sponsored/maintained her, whenever Zachary entered on her (in) the center of the home/prayer direction/the35prayer's niche, he found at her a provision, he said: "You Mary, from where (is) that to you?" She said: "It is from at God, that God provides for whom He wills/wants without counting/calculating."

|
Right graciously did her Lord accept her: He made her grow in purity and beauty: To the care of Zakariya was she assigned. Every time that he entered (Her) chamber to see her, He found her supplied with sustenance. He said: "O Mary! Whence (comes) this to you?" She said: "From Allah. for Allah Provides sustenance to whom He pleases without measure."

هنالك دعا زكريا ربه قال رب هب لي من لدنك ذرية طيبة انك سميع الدعاء
|
|

|
|
At that place and time Zachary called his Lord, he said: "My Lord grant/present for me, from at you good descendants, that you are hearing/listening (to) the call/request/prayer."
|
|
There did Zakariya pray to his Lord, saying: "O my Lord! Grant unto me from Thee a progeny that is pure: for Thou art He that heareth prayer!
|
|
39. * |
فنادته الملائكة وهو قائم يصلي في المحراب ان الله يبشرك بيحيى مصدقا بكلمة من الله وسيدا وحصورا ونبيا من الصالحين
|
|
fnadth almlaYk+ whw qaYm ySly fy almHrab an allh yb$rk byHyi mSdqa bklm+ mn allh wsyda wHSwra wnbya mn alSalHyn
|
|
So the angels called him, and he is standing/keeping praying, in the prayer's niche : "That God announces good new to you with John confirming with a word from God and a master and restricting himself (chaste), and a prophet from the correct/righteous people."
|
|
While he was standing in prayer in the chamber, the angels called unto him: "(Allah) doth give thee glad tidings of Yahya, witnessing the truth of a Word from Allah, and (be besides) noble, chaste, and a prophet,- of the (goodly) company of the righteous."
|
|
40. * |
قال رب انى يكون لي غلام وقد بلغني الكبر وامراتي عاقر قال كذلك الله يفعل مايشاء
|
|
qal rb ani ykwn ly Glam wqd blGny alkbr wamraty `aqr qal kXlk allh yf`l may$a'
|
|
He said: "My Lord, how/from where (can it) be for me a boy, the old age reached me, and my woman (wife is) infertile?" He said: "As/like that God makes/does what He wills/wants."
|
|
He said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son, seeing I am very old, and my wife is barren?" "Thus," was the answer, "Doth God accomplish what He willeth."
|
|
41. * |
قال رب اجعل لي اية قال ايتك الا تكلم الناس ثلاثة ايام الا رمزا واذكر ربك كثيرا وسبح بالعشي والابكار
|
|
qal rb aj`l ly ay+ qal aytk ala tklm alnas xlax+ ayam ala rmza waXkr rbk kxyra wsbH bal`$y walabkar
|
|
He said: "My Lord, make for me a sign/evidence." He said: "Your sign/evidence (is) that you not converse/speak (to) the people (for) three days, except (by) signaling/pointing. And mention/remember your Lord much, and praise/glorify with the evening and the daybreaks/early mornings."
|
|
He said: "O my Lord! Give me a Sign!" "Thy Sign," was the answer, "Shall be that thou shalt speak to no man for three days but with signals. Then celebrate the praises of thy Lord again and again, and glorify Him in the evening and in the morning."
|
|
42. * |
واذ قالت الملائكة يامريم ان الله اصطفاك وطهرك واصطفاك على نساء العالمين
|
|
waX qalt almlaYk+ yamrym an allh aSTfak wThrk waSTfak `li nsa' al`almyn
|
|
And when the angels said: "You, Mary, that God chose/purified you, and purified you, and chose/purified you over the creations all together/(universes') women."
|
|
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah hath chosen thee and purified thee- chosen thee above the women of all nations.
|
|
43. * |
يامريم اقنتي لربك واسجدي واركعي مع الراكعين
|
|
yamrym aqnty lrbk wasjdy wark`y m` alrak`yn
|
|
You Mary, obey humbly to your Lord, and prostrate, and bow with the bowing.
|
|
"O Mary! worship Thy Lord devoutly: Prostrate thyself, and bow down (in prayer) with those who bow down."
|
|
44. * |
ذلك من انباء الغيب نوحيه اليك وماكنت لديهم اذ يلقون اقلامهم ايهم يكفل مريم وماكنت لديهم اذ يختصمون
|
|
Xlk mn anba' alGyb nwHyh alyk wmaknt ldyhm aX ylqwn aqlamhm ayhm ykfl mrym wmaknt ldyhm aX yKtSmwn
|
|
That (is) from the unseen's/absent's information/news, We inspired/transmitted it to you, and you were not at/by them when they throw their pens/small arrows used for gambling draws, (to see) which of them sponsors/supports Mary, and you were not at/by them when they argue/controvert (amongst themselves).
|
|
This is part of the tidings of the things unseen, which We reveal unto thee (O Messenger.) by inspiration: Thou wast not with them when they cast lots with arrows, as to which of them should be charged with the care of Mary: Nor wast thou with them when they disputed (the point).
|
|
45. * |
اذ قالت الملائكة يامريم ان الله يبشرك بكلمة منه اسمه المسيح عيسى ابن مريم وجيها في الدنيا والاخرة ومن المقربين
|
|
aX qalt almlaYk+ yamrym an allh yb$rk bklm+ mnh asmh almsyH `ysi abn mrym wjyha fy aldnya walaKr+ wmn almqrbyn
|
|
When the angels said: "You Mary, that God announces good news to you, with a word/expression from Him, his name (is) the Messiah Jesus Mary's son, noble in the present world/near and the end (other life), and from the neared/closer."
|
|
Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah.
|
|

ويكلم الناس في المهد وكهلا ومن الصالحين
|
|
wyklm alnas fy almhd wkhla wmn alSalHyn
|
|
And he converses/speaks (to) the people in the crib/cradle and aged approximately between 30-50 years,and (he is) from the correct/righteous.
|
|
"He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company) of the righteous."
|
|

قالت رب انى يكون لي ولد ولم يمسسني بشر قال كذلك الله يخلق مايشاء اذا قضى امرا فانما يقول له كن فيكون
|
|
qalt rb ani ykwn ly wld wlm ymssny b$r qal kXlk allh yKlq may$a' aXa qDi amra fanma yqwl lh kn fykwn
|
|
She said: "My Lord, how is (it) for me (a) child and not (a) human touched me?" He said: "Like that/that is it, God creates what He wills/wants if He ordered a matter, so but He says to it: 'Be.' So it is/will be."
|
|
She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth: When He hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, 'Be,' and it is!
|
|

ويعلمه الكتاب والحكمة والتوراة والانجيل
|
|
wy`lmh alktab walHkm+ waltwra+ walanjyl
|
|
And He teaches/instructs him The Book and the wisdom and the Torah and the Bible/Holy book descended on Jesus.
|
|
"And Allah will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel,
|
|
49. * |
ورسولا الى بني اسرائيل اني قد جئتكم باية من ربكم اني اخلق لكم من الطين كهيئة الطير فانفخ فيه فيكون طيرا باذن الله وابرئ الاكمه والابرص واحيي الموتى باذن الله وانبئكم بما تاكلون وماتدخرون في بيوتكم ان في ذلك لاية لكم ان كنتم مؤمنين

|
wrswla ali bny asraYyl any qd jYtkm bay+ mn rbkm any aKlq lkm mn alTyn khyY+ alTyr fanfK fyh fykwn Tyra baXn allh wabrY alakmh walabrS waHyy almwti baXn allh wanbYkm bma taklwn wmatdKrwn fy bywtkm an fy Xlk lay+ lkm an kntm mWmnyn

|
And a messenger to Israel's sons and daughters (said): "That I had come to you (with) a sign/evidence from your Lord, that I create for you from the mud/clay as a shape/form (of) the birds, so I blow in it, so it will be flying/birds with God's permission, and I cure and heal the blind/the born blind, and the leper and I revive/make alive the deads with God's permission, and I inform you with what you eat and what you hoard/stock in your houses/homes. That in that (is) a sign/evidence (E) for you if you were believers/believing."

"And (appoint him) an apostle to the Children of Israel, (with this message): "'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by Allah.s leave: And I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I quicken the dead, by Allah.s leave; and I declare to you what ye eat, and what ye store in your houses. Surely therein is a Sign for you if ye did believe;

|

ومصدقا لما بين يدي من التوراة ولاحل لكم بعض الذي حرم عليكم وجئتكم باية من ربكم فاتقوا الله واطيعون
|
|
wmSdqa lma byn ydy mn altwra+ wlaHl lkm b`D alXy Hrm `lykm wjYtkm bay+ mn rbkm fatqwa allh waTy`wn
|
|
And confirming to what (is) between my hands from the Torah and to permit/allow for you some (of) what was forbidden on you, and I came to you with a sign/evidence from your Lord, so fear and obey God and obey me.36
|
|
"'(I have come to you), to attest the Law which was before me. And to make lawful to you part of what was (Before) forbidden to you; I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord. So fear Allah, and obey me.
|
|
51. * |
ان الله ربي وربكم فاعبدوه هذا صراط مستقيم
|
|
an allh rby wrbkm fa`bdwh hXa SraT mstqym
|
|
That God (is) my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him, this (is a) straight/direct road/way.
|
|
"'It is Allah Who is my Lord and your Lord; then worship Him. This is a Way that is straight.'"
|
|

فلما احس عيسى منهم الكفر قال من انصاري الى الله قال الحواريون نحن انصار الله امنا بالله واشهد بانا مسلمون
|
|
flma aHs `ysi mnhm alkfr qal mn anSary ali allh qal alHwarywn nHn anSar allh amna ballh wa$hd bana mslmwn
|
|
So when Jesus felt (with one of his five physical senses) from them the disbelief, he said: "Who (are) my victoriors/saviors/supporters to God?" The Disciples/victoriors said: "We (are) God's victoriors/supporters, we believed with God, and (you) be a witness with that we are submitters/surrenderers."
|
|
When Jesus found Unbelief on their part He said: "Who will be My helpers to (the work of) Allah." Said the disciples: "We are Allah.s helpers: We believe in Allah, and do thou bear witness that we are Muslims.
|
|
53. * |
ربنا امنا بما انزلت واتبعنا الرسول فاكتبنا مع الشاهدين
|
|
rbna amna bma anzlt watb`na alrswl faktbna m` al$ahdyn
|
|
Our Lord, we believed with what You descended, and we followed the messenger, so write (include) us with the witnessing/testifying.
|
|
"Our Lord! we believe in what Thou hast revealed, and we follow the Messenger. then write us down among those who bear witness."
|
|
54. * |
ومكروا ومكر الله والله خير الماكرين
|
|
wmkrwa wmkr allh wallh Kyr almakryn
|
|
And they cheated/deceived and God cheated/deceived, and God (is) the best (of) the cheaters/deceivers.
|
|
And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah.
|
|
55. * |
اذ قال الله ياعيسى اني متوفيك ورافعك الى ومطهرك من الذين كفروا وجاعل الذين اتبعوك فوق الذين كفروا الى يوم القيامة ثم الى مرجعكم فاحكم بينكم فيما كنتم فيه تختلفون
|
|
aX qal allh ya`ysi any mtwfyk wraf`k ali wmThrk mn alXyn kfrwa wja`l alXyn atb`wk fwq alXyn kfrwa ali ywm alqyam+ xm ali mrj`km faHkm bynkm fyma kntm fyh tKtlfwn
|
|
When God said: "You Jesus I am, I am making you die and raising you to Me and purifying you from those who disbelieved, and making those who followed you above those who disbelieved to the Resurrection Day, then to Me (is) your return, so I judge/rule between you in what, you were in it differing.
|
|
Behold! Allah said: "O Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make those who follow thee superior to those who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein ye dispute.
|
|
56. * |
فاما الذين كفروا فاعذبهم عذابا شديدا في الدنيا والاخرة ومالهم من ناصرين
|
|
fama alXyn kfrwa fa`Xbhm `Xaba $dyda fy aldnya walaKr+ wmalhm mn naSryn
|
|
So but those who disbelieved, so I torture them, a strong (severe) torture in the present world/near and the end (other life), and (there are) nothing for them from victoriors/saviors.
|
|
"As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help."
|
|
57. * |
واما الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات فيوفيهم اجورهم والله لايحب الظالمين
|
|
wama alXyn amnwa w`mlwa alSalHat fywfyhm ajwrhm wallh layHb alZalmyn
|
|
And but those who believed and did the correct/righteous deeds, so He fulfills/completes (to) them their rewards, and God does not love/like the unjust/oppressive.
|
|
"As to those who believe and work righteousness, Allah will pay them (in full) their reward; but Allah loveth not those who do wrong."
|
|
58. * |
ذلك نتلوه عليك من الايات والذكر الحكيم
|
|
Xlk ntlwh `lyk mn alayat walXkr alHkym
|
|
That We read/recited it on you from the signs/verses/evidences and the reminder, the wise/judicious.
|
|
"This is what we rehearse unto thee of the Signs and the Message of Wisdom."
|
|
59. * |
ان مثل عيسى عند الله كمثل ادم خلقه من تراب ثم قال له كن فيكون
|
|
an mxl `ysi `nd allh kmxl adm Klqh mn trab xm qal lh kn fykwn
|
|
That Jesus' example at God (is) as Adam's example, (He) created him from dust/earth then He said to him: "Be." So he became.
|
|
The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was.
|
|

الحق من ربك فلا تكن من الممترين
|
|
alHq mn rbk fla tkn mn almmtryn
|
|
The truth (is) from your Lord, so do not be from the doubting/arguing.
|
|
The Truth (comes) from Allah alone; so be not of those who doubt.
|
|
61. * |
فمن حاجك فيه من بعد ماجاءك من العلم فقل تعالوا ندع ابناءنا وابناءكم ونساءنا ونساءكم وانفسنا وانفسكم ثم نبتهل فنجعل لعنة الله على الكاذبين
|
|
fmn Hajk fyh mn b`d maja'k mn al`lm fql t`alwa nd` abna'na wabna'km wnsa'na wnsa'km wanfsna wanfskm xm nbthl fnj`l l`n+ allh `li alkaXbyn
|
|
So who argued/quarreled with you in it from after what came to you from the knowledge, so say: "Come, we (will) call our sons, and your sons, and our women, and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then we curse each other/pray humbly, so we make God's curse/torture on the liars."
|
|
If any one disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge Hath come to thee, say: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!"
|
|
62. * |
ان هذا لهو القصص الحق ومامن اله الا الله وان الله لهو العزيز الحكيم
|
|
an hXa lhw alqSS alHq wmamn alh ala allh wan allh lhw al`zyz alHkym
|
|
That this (is) it (E), the narratives/information (true stories) the truth, and (there is) none from a god except God, and that God, he (E) (is) the glorious/mighty, the wise/judicious.
|
|
This is the true account: There is no god except Allah. and Allah.He is indeed the Exalted in Power, the Wise.
|
|

فان تولوا فان الله عليم بالمفسدين
|
|
fan twlwa fan allh `lym balmfsdyn
|
|
So if they turned away, so that God (is) knowledgeable with the corrupting.
|
|
But if they turn back, Allah hath full knowledge of those who do mischief.
|
|
64. * |
قل يااهل الكتاب تعالوا الى كلمة سواء بيننا وبينكم الا نعبد الا الله ولانشرك به شيئا ولايتخذ بعضنا بعضا اربابا من دون الله فان تولوا فقولوا اشهدوا بانا مسلمون
|
|
ql yaahl alktab t`alwa ali klm+ swa' bynna wbynkm ala n`bd ala allh wlan$rk bh $yYa wlaytKX b`Dna b`Da arbaba mn dwn allh fan twlwa fqwlwa a$hdwa bana mslmwn
|
|
Say: "You people (of) The Book, come to a word equal/straight, between us and you, that we do not worship except God, and we do not share/make partners with Him a thing, and (we) do not take some of us, some (as) lords from other than God." So if they turned away, so say: "Witness/testify with that (we are) submitters/surrenderers/Moslems."
|
|
Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but Allah. that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah.s Will).
|
|

يااهل الكتاب لم تحاجون في ابراهيم وماانزلت التوراة والانجيل الا من بعده افلا تعقلون
|
|
yaahl alktab lm tHajwn fy abrahym wmaanzlt altwra+ walanjyl ala mn b`dh afla t`qlwn
|
|
You The Book's people, why (do) you argue/quarrel in Abraham, and the Torah and the New Testament/Bible were not descended except from after him, so do you not reason/understand?
|
|
Ye People of the Book! Why dispute ye about Abraham, when the Law and the Gospel Were not revealed Till after him? Have ye no understanding?
|
|
66. * |
هاانتم هؤلاء حاججتم فيما لكم به علم فلم تحاجون فيما ليس لكم به علم والله يعلم وانتم لاتعلمون
|
|
haantm hWla' Hajjtm fyma lkm bh `lm flm tHajwn fyma lys lkm bh `lm wallh y`lm wantm lat`lmwn
|
|
Here you are, those (who) argued/quarreled in what for you knowledge with it (you are knowledgeable in), so why do you argue/quarrel in what is not for you with it knowledge (you are not knowledgeable in)? And God knows and you do not know.
|
|
Ah! Ye are those who fell to disputing (Even) in matters of which ye had some knowledge! but why dispute ye in matters of which ye have no knowledge? It is Allah Who knows, and ye who know not!
|
|
67. * |
ما كان ابراهيم يهوديا ولانصرانيا ولكن كان حنيفا مسلما وماكان من المشركين
|
|
ma kan abrahym yhwdya wlanSranya wlkn kan Hnyfa mslma wmakan mn alm$rkyn
|
|
Abraham was not a Jew and nor a Christian and but (he) was (a) true submitter/Moslem/Unifier of God a Moslem/submitter, and (he) was not from the sharers/takers of partners (with God).37
|
|
Abraham was not a Jew nor yet a Christian; but he was true in Faith, and bowed his will to Allah.s (Which is Islam), and he joined not gods with Allah.
|
|
68. * |
ان اولى الناس بابراهيم للذين اتبعوه وهذا النبي والذين امنوا والله ولي المؤمنين
|
|
an awli alnas babrahym llXyn atb`wh whXa alnby walXyn amnwa wallh wly almWmnyn
|
|
That the people most worthy with Abraham are those who followed him and this the prophet and those who believed, and God (is) the believer's guardian/patron.
|
|
Without doubt, among men, the nearest of kin to Abraham, are those who follow him, as are also this Messenger and those who believe: And Allah is the Protector of those who have faith.
|
|

ودت طائفة من اهل الكتاب لو يضلونكم ومايضلون الا انفسهم ومايشعرون
|
|
wdt TaYf+ mn ahl alktab lw yDlwnkm wmayDlwn ala anfshm wmay$`rwn
|
|
A group from The Book's people, wished/loved if they misguide you, and they do not misguide except themselves and they do not feel/know/sense.
|
|
It is the wish of a section of the People of the Book to lead you astray. But they shall lead astray (Not you), but themselves, and they do not perceive!
|
|

يااهل الكتاب لم تكفرون بايات الله وانتم تشهدون
|
|
yaahl alktab lm tkfrwn bayat allh wantm t$hdwn
|
|
You The Book's people, why do you disbelieve with God's signs/verses/evidences, and you are witnessing/testifying?
|
|
Ye People of the Book! Why reject ye the Signs of Allah, of which ye are (Yourselves) witnesses?
|
|

يااهل الكتاب لم تلبسون الحق بالباطل وتكتمون الحق وانتم تعلمون
|
|
yaahl alktab lm tlbswn alHq balbaTl wtktmwn alHq wantm t`lmwn
|
|
You The Book's people, why do you confuse/mix/cover/dress the correct/truth with the falsehood and you hide/conceal the correct/truth and you are knowing?
|
|
Ye People of the Book! Why do ye clothe Truth with falsehood, and conceal the Truth, while ye have knowledge?
|
|

وقالت طائفة من اهل الكتاب امنوا بالذي انزل على الذين امنوا وجه النهار واكفروا اخره لعلهم يرجعون
|
|
wqalt TaYf+ mn ahl alktab amnwa balXy anzl `li alXyn amnwa wjh alnhar wakfrwa aKrh l`lhm yrj`wn
|
|
And a group from The Book's people, said: "Believe with (what) was/is descended on those who believed (during the) face/front (beginning of) the daytime and disbelieve (during) its end, maybe they return."
|
|
A section of the People of the Book say: "Believe in the morning what is revealed to the believers, but reject it at the end of the day; perchance they may (themselves) Turn back;
|
|

ولاتؤمنوا الا لمن تبع دينكم قل ان الهدى هدى الله ان يؤتى احد مثل مااوتيتم او يحاجوكم عند ربكم قل ان الفضل بيد الله يؤتيه من يشاء والله واسع عليم
|
|
wlatWmnwa ala lmn tb` dynkm ql an alhdi hdi allh an yWti aHd mxl maawtytm aw yHajwkm `nd rbkm ql an alfDl byd allh yWtyh mn y$a' wallh was` `lym
|
|
And do not believe except to whom followed your religion, say: "That the guidance (is) God's guidance." That one be given equal/alike (to) what you were given or they argue/quarrel with you at your Lord. Say: "That the grace/favour (is) with God's hand, He gives it (to) whom He wills/wants, and God (is) spacious,knowledgeable."

"And believe no one unless he follows your religion." Say: "True guidance is the Guidance of Allah. (Fear ye) Lest a revelation be sent to someone (else) Like unto that which was sent unto you? or that those (Receiving such revelation) should engage you in argument before your Lord?" Say: "All bounties are in the hand of Allah. He granteth them to whom He pleaseth: And Allah careth for all, and He knoweth all things."

يختص برحمته من يشاء والله ذو الفضل العظيم
|
|
yKtS brHmth mn y$a' wallh Xw alfDl al`Zym
|
|
He singles out/specializes with His mercy whom He wills/wants, and God (is owner) of the great grace/favour.
|
|
For His Mercy He specially chooseth whom He pleaseth; for Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.
|
|

ومن اهل الكتاب من ان تامنه بقنطار يؤده اليك ومنهم من ان تامنه بدينار لايؤده اليك الا مادمت عليه قائما ذلك بانهم قالوا ليس علينا في الاميين سبيل ويقولون على الله الكذب وهم يعلمون

wmn ahl alktab mn an tamnh bqnTar yWdh alyk wmnhm mn an tamnh bdynar layWdh alyk ala madmt `lyh qaYma Xlk banhm qalwa lys `lyna fy alamyyn sbyl wyqwlwn `li allh alkXb whm y`lmwn
|
|
And from The Book's people, whom if you entrust him with a (ton), he discharges/fulfills (pays) it (back) to you, and from them whom, if you entrust him with a dinar, (he) does not discharge/fulfill (pay) it (back) to you, except as long as you continued keeping up (demanding) on him. That is with that they said: "It is not on us in the illiterates/belongers to a nation (a) means (we do not have to be honest when dealing with other nations)." And they say on God the lie/falsehood and they know.

|
Among the People of the Book are some who, if entrusted with a hoard of gold, will (readily) pay it back; others, who, if entrusted with a single silver coin, will not repay it unless thou constantly stoodest demanding, because, they say, "there is no call on us (to keep faith) with these ignorant (Pagans)." but they tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it.

بلى من اوفى بعهده واتقى فان الله يحب المتقين
|
|
bli mn awfi b`hdh watqi fan allh yHb almtqyn
|
|
Yes/certainly, who fulfilled with his promise and feared and obeyed, so that God loves/likes the fearing and obeying.
|
|
Nay.- Those that keep their plighted faith and act aright,-verily Allah loves those who act aright.
|
|
77. * |
ان الذين يشترون بعهد الله وايمانهم ثمنا قليلا اولئك لاخلاق لهم في الاخرة ولايكلمهم الله ولاينظر اليهم يوم القيامة ولايزكيهم ولهم عذاب اليم
|
|
an alXyn y$trwn b`hd allh waymanhm xmna qlyla awlYk laKlaq lhm fy alaKr+ wlayklmhm allh wlaynZr alyhm ywm alqyam+ wlayzkyhm wlhm `Xab alym
|
|
That those (who) buy/volunteer with God's promise/contract and their oaths a small price, those/these (have) no share of blessing/fortune for them in the end (other life), and God does not speak/talk to them, and nor look to them (on) the Resurrection Day and nor purifies/corrects them, and for them (is a) painful torture.
|
|
As for those who sell the faith they owe to Allah and their own plighted word for a small price, they shall have no portion in the Hereafter: Nor will Allah (Deign to) speak to them or look at them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He cleans them (of sin): They shall have a grievous penalty.
|
|
78. * |
وان منهم لفريقا يلوون السنتهم بالكتاب لتحسبوه من الكتاب وماهو من الكتاب ويقولون هو من عند الله وماهو من عند الله ويقولون على الله الكذب وهم يعلمون
|
|
wan mnhm lfryqa ylwwn alsnthm balktab ltHsbwh mn alktab wmahw mn alktab wyqwlwn hw mn `nd allh wmahw mn `nd allh wyqwlwn `li allh alkXb whm y`lmwn
|
|
And that from them (is) a group (E) (who) twist/turn/distort (misconstruct with) their tongues with The Book, so that you think/suppose it (is) from The Book, and it is not from The Book, and they say: "It (is) from at God". And it is not from at God, and they say on God the lie/falsehood and they are knowing.
|
|
There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues: (As they read) you would think it is a part of the Book, but it is no part of the Book; and they say, "That is from Allah," but it is not from Allah. It is they who tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it!
|
|
79. * |
ما كان لبشر ان يؤتيه الله الكتاب والحكم والنبوة ثم يقول للناس كونوا عبادا لي من دون الله ولكن كونوا ربانيين بما كنتم تعلمون الكتاب وبما كنتم تدرسون
|
|
ma kan lb$r an yWtyh allh alktab walHkm walnbw+ xm yqwl llnas kwnwa `bada ly mn dwn allh wlkn kwnwa rbanyyn bma kntm t`lmwn alktab wbma kntm tdrswn
|
|
It was not to a human that God gives him The Book and the judgment/rule and the prophethood then he says to the people: "Be/become worshippers/slaves to me, from other than God". And but: "Be knowledgeable Lord worshippers with what you were teaching The Book and with what you were studying ".
|
|
It is not (possible) that a man, to whom is given the Book, and Wisdom, and the prophetic office, should say to people: "Be ye my worshippers rather than Allah.s": on the contrary (He would say) "Be ye worshippers of Him Who is truly the Cherisher of all: For ye have taught the Book and ye have studied it earnestly."

ولايامركم ان تتخذوا الملائكة والنبيين اربابا ايامركم بالكفر بعد اذ انتم مسلمون
|
|
wlayamrkm an ttKXwa almlaYk+ walnbyyn arbaba ayamrkm balkfr b`d aX antm mslmwn
|
|
And (he) does not order you that to take the angels and the prophets (as) Lords (Gods). Does he order/command you with the disbelief, after when you are submitters/surrenderers/Moslems?38
|
|
Nor would he instruct you to take angels and prophets for Lords and patrons. What! would he bid you to unbelief after ye have bowed your will (To Allah in Islam)?
|
|
81. * |
واذ اخذ الله ميثاق النبيين لما اتيتكم من كتاب وحكمة ثم جاءكم رسول مصدق لما معكم لتؤمنن به ولتنصرنه قال ءاقررتم واخذتم على ذلكم اصري قالوا اقررنا قال فاشهدوا وانا معكم من الشاهدين
|
|
waX aKX allh myxaq alnbyyn lma atytkm mn ktab wHkm+ xm ja'km rswl mSdq lma m`km ltWmnn bh wltnSrnh qal 'aqrrtm waKXtm `li Xlkm aSry qalwa aqrrna qal fa$hdwa wana m`km mn al$ahdyn
|
|
And when/if God took the prophets' promise/covenant what/that what (E) I gave/brought you from a Book and wisdom, then a messenger came to you confirming to/for what (is) with you, to believe with him/it (E) and you will give him/it victory/aid (E). He said: "Did you confess/acknowledge and you took/received on that My promise ?" They said: "We confessed/acknowledged." He said: "So witness/testify and I am with you from the witnessing/testifying/present."

|
Behold! Allah took the covenant of the prophets, saying: "I give you a Book and Wisdom; then comes to you an apostle, confirming what is with you; do ye believe in him and render him help." Allah said: "Do ye agree, and take this my Covenant as binding on you?" They said: "We agree." He said: "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses."

فمن تولى بعد ذلك فاولئك هم الفاسقون
|
|
fmn twli b`d Xlk fawlYk hm alfasqwn
|
|
So who turned away after that, so those are the debauchers.
|
|
If any turn back after this, they are perverted transgressors.
|
|
83. * |
افغير دين الله يبغون وله اسلم من في السماوات والارض طوعا وكرها واليه يرجعون
|
|
afGyr dyn allh ybGwn wlh aslm mn fy alsmawat walarD Tw`a wkrha walyh yrj`wn
|
|
Is (it) other than God's religion they desire, and to Him submitted/surrendered whom (is) in the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth voluntarily and compellingly/forcefully, and to Him you are being returned?
|
|
Do they seek for other than the Religion of Allah.-while all creatures in the heavens and on earth have, willing or unwilling, bowed to His Will (Accepted Islam), and to Him shall they all be brought back.
|
|
84. * |
قل امنا بالله وماانزل علينا وماانزل على ابراهيم واسماعيل واسحاق ويعقوب والاسباط ومااوتي موسى وعيسى والنبيون من ربهم لانفرق بين احد منهم ونحن له مسلمون
|
|
ql amna ballh wmaanzl `lyna wmaanzl `li abrahym wasma`yl wasHaq wy`qwb walasbaT wmaawty mwsi w`ysi walnbywn mn rbhm lanfrq byn aHd mnhm wnHn lh mslmwn
|
|
Say: "We believed with God, and what descended on us, and what descended on Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the grandchildren, and what Moses and Jesus and the prophets were given/brought from their Lord, we do not separate/distinguish/differentiate between any from them, and we are for Him submitters/surrenderers/Moslems."

|
Say: "We believe in Allah, and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another among them, and to Allah do we bow our will (in Islam)."

ومن يبتغ غير الاسلام دينا فلن يقبل منه وهو في الاخرة من الخاسرين
|
|
wmn ybtG Gyr alaslam dyna fln yqbl mnh whw fy alaKr+ mn alKasryn
|
|
And who desires/wishes other than the Islam/submission/surrender (as) a religion, so (it) will never/not be accepted from him, and he (is) in the end from the losers.
|
|
If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah., never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).
|
|
86. * |
كيف يهدي الله قوما كفروا بعد ايمانهم وشهدوا ان الرسول حق وجاءهم البينات والله لايهدي القوم الظالمين
|
|
kyf yhdy allh qwma kfrwa b`d aymanhm w$hdwa an alrswl Hq wja'hm albynat wallh layhdy alqwm alZalmyn
|
|
How God guides a nation (who) disbelieved after their belief, and they witnessed/testified that the messenger (is) correct/true/real/right and the evidences came to them? And God does not guide the nation, the unjust/oppressive.
|
|
How shall Allah Guide those who reject Faith after they accepted it and bore witness that the Messenger was true and that Clear Signs had come unto them? but Allah guides not a people unjust.
|
|
87. * |
اولئك جزاؤهم ان عليهم لعنة الله والملائكة والناس اجمعين
|
|
awlYk jzaWhm an `lyhm l`n+ allh walmlaYk+ walnas ajm`yn
|
|
Those, their reward (is) that on them (is) God's curse/torture and the angel's, and the people all (E).
|
|
Of such the reward is that on them (rests) the curse of Allah, of His angels, and of all mankind;-
|
|
88. * |
خالدين فيها لايخفف عنهم العذاب ولاهم ينظرون
|
|
Kaldyn fyha layKff `nhm al`Xab wlahm ynZrwn
|
|
Immortally/eternally in it, the torture is not reduced/lightened on/from them, and nor they be given time/delayed.
|
|
In that will they dwell; nor will their penalty be lightened, nor respite be (their lot);-
|
|
89. * |
الا الذين تابوا من بعد ذلك واصلحوا فان الله غفور رحيم
|
|
ala alXyn tabwa mn b`d Xlk waSlHwa fan allh Gfwr rHym
|
|
Except those who repented, from after that, and corrected/repaired, so then God (is) forgiving, merciful.
|
|
Except for those that repent (Even) after that, and make amends; for verily Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
|
|
90. * |
ان الذين كفروا بعد ايمانهم ثم ازدادوا كفرا لن تقبل توبتهم واولئك هم الضالون
|
|
an alXyn kfrwa b`d aymanhm xm azdadwa kfra ln tqbl twbthm wawlYk hm alDalwn
|
|
That those who disbelieved after their faith/belief, then they increased disbelief, their repentance will never/not (be) accepted, and those are the misguided.
|
|
But those who reject Faith after they accepted it, and then go on adding to their defiance of Faith,- never will their repentance be accepted; for they are those who have (of set purpose) gone astray.
|
|
91. * |
ان الذين كفروا وماتوا وهم كفار فلن يقبل من احدهم ملء الارض ذهبا ولو افتدى به اولئك لهم عذاب اليم ومالهم من ناصرين
|
|
an alXyn kfrwa wmatwa whm kfar fln yqbl mn aHdhm ml' alarD Xhba wlw aftdi bh awlYk lhm `Xab alym wmalhm mn naSryn
|
|
That those who disbelieved, and died and they are disbelievers, so will never/not be accepted from anyone of them the Earth's fill (of) gold and (even) if he ransomed/compensated with it. Those, for them (is) a painful torture, and (there are) none for them from victoriors/saviors.
|
|
As to those who reject Faith, and die rejecting,- never would be accepted from any such as much gold as the earth contains, though they should offer it for ransom. For such is (in store) a penalty grievous, and they will find no helpers.
|
|
92. * |
لن تنالوا البر حتى تنفقوا مما تحبون وماتنفقوا من شئ فان الله به عليم
|
|
ln tnalwa albr Hti tnfqwa mma tHbwn wmatnfqwa mn $Y fan allh bh `lym
|
|
You will never/not obtain the righteousness/charitability until you spend from what you love/like, and what you spend from a thing, so then God (is) with it knowledgeable.
|
|
By no means shall ye attain righteousness unless ye give (freely) of that which ye love; and whatever ye give, of a truth Allah knoweth it well.
|
|
93. * |
كل الطعام كان حلا لبني اسرائيل الا ماحرم اسرائيل على نفسه من قبل ان تنزل التوراة قل فاتوا بالتوراة فاتلوها ان كنتم صادقين
|
|
kl alT`am kan Hla lbny asraYyl ala maHrm asraYyl `li nfsh mn qbl an tnzl altwra+ ql fatwa baltwra+ fatlwha an kntm Sadqyn
|
|
All the food was/is/became permitted/allowed to Israel's sons and daughters, except what Israel forbade on himself from before that the Torah (was) made to descend. Say: "So come/bring with the Torah, so read/recite it if you were truthful."
|
|
All food was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel Made unlawful for itself, before the Law (of Moses) was revealed. Say: "Bring ye the Law and study it, if ye be men of truth."
|
|
94. * |
فمن افترى على الله الكذب من بعد ذلك فاؤلئك هم الظالمون
|
|
fmn aftri `li allh alkXb mn b`d Xlk faWlYk hm alZalmwn
|
|
So who fabricated on God the lie/falsehood from after that, so those are the unjust.
|
|
If any, after this, invent a lie and attribute it to Allah, they are indeed unjust wrong-doers.
|
|
95. * |
قل صدق الله فاتبعوا ملة ابراهيم حنيفا وماكان من المشركين
|
|
ql Sdq allh fatb`wa ml+ abrahym Hnyfa wmakan mn alm$rkyn
|
|
Say: "God is truthful, so follow Abraham's faith/religion, a submitter/Moslem, and he was not from the takers (of) partners (with God)."
|
|
Say: "(Allah) speaketh the Truth: follow the religion of Abraham, the sane in faith; he was not of the Pagans."
|
|
96. * |
ان اول بيت وضع للناس للذي ببكة مباركا وهدى للعالمين
|
|
an awl byt wD` llnas llXy bbk+ mbarka whdi ll`almyn
|
|
That (the) first House/Home was raised to the people, (is) which (E) (is) with (in) Bekka, blessed and guidance, to the creations altogether/(universes).39
|
|
The first House (of worship) appointed for men was that at Bakka: Full of blessing and of guidance for all kinds of beings:
|
|
97. * |
فيه ايات بينات مقام ابراهيم ومن دخله كان امنا ولله على الناس حج البيت من استطاع اليه سبيلا ومن كفر فان الله غني عن العالمين
|
|
fyh ayat bynat mqam abrahym wmn dKlh kan amna wllh `li alnas Hj albyt mn astTa` alyh sbyla wmn kfr fan allh Gny `n al`almyn
|
|
In it (are) signs/verses/evidences evidences (in) Abraham's place/position, and who entered it, was/is/became safe/secure, and to God on the people performing pilgrimage (to) the House/Home who was/is able (to find) a way/method to it, and who disbelieved, so that God (is) rich from (not in need to) the creations altogether/(universes).
|
|
In it are Signs Manifest; (for example), the Station of Abraham; whoever enters it attains security; Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah,- those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures.
|
|
98. * |
قل يااهل الكتاب لم تكفرون بايات الله والله شهيد على ماتعملون
|
|
ql yaahl alktab lm tkfrwn bayat allh wallh $hyd `li mat`mlwn
|
|
Say: "You The Book's people, why do you disbelieve with God's signs/verses/evidences, and God (is an) honest witness on what you make/do/work?"
|
|
Say: "O People of the Book! Why reject ye the Signs of Allah, when Allah is Himself witness to all ye do?"
|
|
99. * |
قل يااهل الكتاب لم تصدون عن سبيل الله من امن تبغونها عوجا وانتم شهداء وماالله بغافل عما تعملون
|
|
ql yaahl alktab lm tSdwn `n sbyl allh mn amn tbGwnha `wja wantm $hda' wmaallh bGafl `ma t`mlwn
|
|
Say: "You The Book's people, why do you prevent/obstruct from God's way/path who believed, you desire it (be) bent/crookedness, and you are witnessing/testifying, and God is not with ignoring/neglecting what you are making/doing/working."
|
|
Say: "O ye People of the Book! Why obstruct ye those who believe, from the path of Allah, Seeking to make it crooked, while ye were yourselves witnesses (to Allah.s Covenant)? but Allah is not unmindful of all that ye do."
|
|
100. * |
ياايها الذين امنوا ان تطيعوا فريقا من الذين اوتوا الكتاب يردوكم بعد ايمانكم كافرين
|
|
yaayha alXyn amnwa an tTy`wa fryqa mn alXyn awtwa alktab yrdwkm b`d aymankm kafryn
|
|
You (those) who believed, if you obey a group from those who were given The Book, they return you after your believing (to) disbelieving.
|
|
O ye who believe! If ye listen to a faction among the People of the Book, they would (indeed) render you apostates after ye have believed!
|
|
101. * |
وكيف تكفرون وانتم تتلى عليكم ايات الله وفيكم رسوله ومن يعتصم بالله فقد هدى الى صراط مستقيم
|
|
wkyf tkfrwn wantm ttli `lykm ayat allh wfykm rswlh wmn y`tSm ballh fqd hdi ali SraT mstqym
|
|
And how do you disbelieve and on you are (being) read/recited God's verses/evidences and in (among) you (is) His messenger, and who holds fast/takes protection with God, so he had been guided to a straight/direct road/way.
|
|
And how would ye deny Faith while unto you are rehearsed the Signs of Allah, and among you Lives the Messenger. Whoever holds firmly to Allah will be shown a way that is straight.
|
|
102. * |
ياايها الذين امنوا اتقوا الله حق تقاته ولاتموتن الا وانتم مسلمون
|
|
yaayha alXyn amnwa atqwa allh Hq tqath wlatmwtn ala wantm mslmwn
|
|
You, you those who believed fear and obey God, His real/deserved fear and obedience, and do not die (E) except and you are submitters/surrenderers/Moslems.
|
|
O ye who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam.
|
|
103. * |
واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولاتفرقوا واذكروا نعمة الله عليكم اذ كنتم اعداء فالف بين قلوبكم فاصبحتم بنعمته اخوانا وكنتم على شفا حفرة من النار فانقذكم منها كذلك يبين الله لكم اياته لعلكم تهتدون
|
|
wa`tSmwa bHbl allh jmy`a wlatfrqwa waXkrwa n`m+ allh `lykm aX kntm a`da' falf byn qlwbkm faSbHtm bn`mth aKwana wkntm `li $fa Hfr+ mn alnar fanqXkm mnha kXlk ybyn allh lkm ayath l`lkm thtdwn
|
|
And hold fast/take protection with God's rope/covenant, all together, and do not separate, and mention/remember God's blessing on you when you were enemies, so He united between your hearts, so you became with His blessings brothers, and you were on (the) edge/brink (of) a pit/hole from the fire, so He rescued/saved you from it, like that God clarifies for you His signs/verses/evidences, maybe/perhaps you be guided.
|
|
And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude Allah.s favour on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided.
|
|
104. * |
ولتكن منكم امة يدعون الى الخير ويامرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر واولئك هم المفلحون
|
|
wltkn mnkm am+ yd`wn ali alKyr wyamrwn balm`rwf wynhwn `n almnkr wawlYk hm almflHwn
|
|
And to be (E) (should be) from you a nation, (who) call to the good, and they order/command with the kindness/known, and they forbid/prevent from the awfulness/obscenity, and those, they are the successful/winners.
|
|
Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.
|
|
105. * |
ولاتكونوا كالذين تفرقوا واختلفوا من بعد ماجاءهم البينات واولئك لهم عذاب عظيم
|
|
wlatkwnwa kalXyn tfrqwa waKtlfwa mn b`d maja'hm albynat wawlYk lhm `Xab `Zym
|
|
And do not be like those who separated and differed, from after what the evidences came to them, and those, for them (is a) great torture.
|
|
Be not like those who are divided amongst themselves and fall into disputations after receiving Clear Signs: For them is a dreadful penalty,-
|
|
106. * |
يوم تبيض وجوه وتسود وجوه فاما الذين اسودت وجوههم اكفرتم بعد ايمانكم فذوقوا العذاب بما كنتم تكفرون
|
|
ywm tbyD wjwh wtswd wjwh fama alXyn aswdt wjwhhm akfrtm b`d aymankm fXwqwa al`Xab bma kntm tkfrwn
|
|
A day (when) faces whiten and faces blacken, so but whose faces blackened, (will be told): "Did you disbelieve after your faith/belief? So taste/experience the torture because (of) what you were disbelieving."
|
|
On the Day when some faces will be (lit up with) white, and some faces will be (in the gloom of) black: To those whose faces will be black, (will be said): "Did ye reject Faith after accepting it? Taste then the penalty for rejecting Faith."
|
|
107. * |
واما الذين ابيضت وجوههم ففي رحمة الله هم فيها خالدون
|
|
wama alXyn abyDt wjwhhm ffy rHm+ allh hm fyha Kaldwn
|
|
And but those whose faces whitened, so in God's mercy, they are in it immortally/eternally.
|
|
But those whose faces will be (lit with) white,- they will be in (the light of) Allah.s mercy: therein to dwell (for ever).
|
|
108. * |
تلك ايات الله نتلوها عليك بالحق وماالله يريد ظلما للعالمين
|
|
tlk ayat allh ntlwha `lyk balHq wmaallh yryd Zlma ll`almyn
|
|
Those are God's signs/verses/evidences, We read/recite it on you with the truth, and God does not want injustice/oppression to the creations altogether/(universes).
|
|
These are the Signs of Allah. We rehearse them to thee in Truth: And Allah means no injustice to any of His creatures.
|
|
109. * |
ولله مافي السماوات ومافي الارض والى الله ترجع الامور
|
|
wllh mafy alsmawat wmafy alarD wali allh trj` alamwr
|
|
And for God, what (is) in the skies/space and what (is) in the earth/Planet Earth, and to God return the matters/affairs.
|
|
To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: To Him do all questions go back (for decision).
|
|
110. * |
كنتم خير امة اخرجت للناس تامرون بالمعروف وتنهون عن المنكر وتؤمنون بالله ولو امن اهل الكتاب لكان خيرا لهم منهم المؤمنون واكثرهم الفاسقون
|
|
kntm Kyr am+ aKrjt llnas tamrwn balm`rwf wtnhwn `n almnkr wtWmnwn ballh wlw amn ahl alktab lkan Kyra lhm mnhm almWmnwn wakxrhm alfasqwn
|
|
You were (the) best nation, brought out to the people, you order/command with the kindness/known, and you forbid/prevent from the awfulness/obscenity, and you believe with God, and if The40Book's people believed, (it) would have been/would be best for them, from them (are) the believing/believers, and most of them (are) the debauchers.
|
|
Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it were best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors.
|
|
111. * |
لن يضروكم الا اذى وان يقاتلوكم يولوكم الادبار ثم لاينصرون
|
|
ln yDrwkm ala aXi wan yqatlwkm ywlwkm aladbar xm laynSrwn
|
|
They never harm you, except mild harm, and if they fight you, they turn away (from) you, (giving you) the backs/ends, then they do not be given victory.
|
|
They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; if they come out to fight you, they will show you their backs, and no help shall they get.
|
|

ضربت عليهم الذلة اين ماثقفوا الا بحبل من الله وحبل من الناس وباؤوا بغضب من الله وضربت عليهم المسكنة ذلك بانهم كانوا يكفرون بايات الله ويقتلون الانبياء بغير حق ذلك بما عصوا وكانوا يعتدون
|
|
Drbt `lyhm alXl+ ayn maxqfwa ala bHbl mn allh wHbl mn alnas wbaWwa bGDb mn allh wDrbt `lyhm almskn+ Xlk banhm kanwa ykfrwn bayat allh wyqtlwn alanbya' bGyr Hq Xlk bma `Swa wkanwa y`tdwn
|
|
The humiliation/disgrace (is) forced on them, wherever they were defeated/overtaken, except with a covenant/agreement from God, and a covenant/agreement from the people, and they returned/resided with anger from God, and the poverty/oppression (was) forced on them, that (is) with what they were disbelieving with God's signs/verses/evidences, and they kill the prophets without right, that (is) because (of) what they disobeyed, and they were transgressing.
|
|
Shame is pitched over them (Like a tent) wherever they are found, except when under a covenant (of protection) from Allah and from men; they draw on themselves wrath from Allah, and pitched over them is (the tent of) destitution. This because they rejected the Signs of Allah, and slew the prophets in defiance of right; this because they rebelled and transgressed beyond bounds.

113. * |
ليسوا سواء من اهل الكتاب امة قائمة يتلون ايات الله اناء الليل وهم يسجدون
|
|
lyswa swa' mn ahl alktab am+ qaYm+ ytlwn ayat allh ana' allyl whm ysjdwn
|
|
They are not equal/alike, from The Book's people, (are) a nation standing/keeping up, they read/recite God's signs/verses/evidences (during) the night's hours, and they prostrate.
|
|
Not all of them are alike: Of the People of the Book are a portion that stand (For the right): They rehearse the Signs of Allah all night long, and they prostrate themselves in adoration.
|
|
114. * |
يؤمنون بالله واليوم الاخر ويامرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر ويسارعون في الخيرات واولئك من الصالحين
|
|
yWmnwn ballh walywm alaKr wyamrwn balm`rwf wynhwn `n almnkr wysar`wn fy alKyrat wawlYk mn alSalHyn
|
|
They believe with God and the Day the Last/Resurrection Day, and they order/command with the kindness/known, and they forbid/prevent from the awfulness/obscenity, and they rush in the goodness (good deeds), and those are from the correct/righteous.
|
|
They believe in Allah and the Last Day; they enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong; and they hasten (in emulation) in (all) good works: They are in the ranks of the righteous.
|
|
115. * |
ومايفعلوا من خير فلن يكفروه والله عليم بالمتقين
|
|
wmayf`lwa mn Kyr fln ykfrwh wallh `lym balmtqyn
|
|
And what they make/do from a good, they will never/not (be) denied (loose) it, and God (is) knowledgeable with the fearing/obeying.
|
|
Of the good that they do, nothing will be rejected of them; for Allah knoweth well those that do right.
|
|
116. * |
ان الذين كفروا لن تغني عنهم اموالهم ولااولادهم من الله شيئا واولئك اصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون
|
|
an alXyn kfrwa ln tGny `nhm amwalhm wlaawladhm mn allh $yYa wawlYk aSHab alnar hm fyha Kaldwn
|
|
That those who disbelieved, their properties/possessions/wealths and nor their children enrich (them) from God a thing, and those are the fire's company, they are in it immortally/eternally.
|
|
Those who reject Faith,- neither their possessions nor their (numerous) progeny will avail them aught against Allah. They will be companions of the Fire,- dwelling therein (for ever).
|
|
117. * |
مثل ماينفقون في هذه الحياة الدنيا كمثل ريح فيها صر اصابت حرث قوم ظلموا انفسهم فاهلكته وماظلمهم الله ولكن انفسهم يظلمون
|
|
mxl maynfqwn fy hXh alHya+ aldnya kmxl ryH fyha Sr aSabt Hrx qwm Zlmwa anfshm fahlkth wmaZlmhm allh wlkn anfshm yZlmwn
|
|
(An) example of what they spend in this the life the present/worldly life (is) as (the) example (of) a wind, in it (is) severe cold/frost, it struck a nation's cultivation/plantation, they caused injustice (to) themselves, so it destroyed/wasted it, and God did not cause injustice to them, and but (it is) themselves they cause injustice to.
|
|
What they spend in the life of this (material) world May be likened to a wind which brings a nipping frost: It strikes and destroys the harvest of men who have wronged their own souls: it is not Allah that hath wronged them, but they wrong themselves.
|
|
118. * |
ياايها الذين امنوا لاتتخذوا بطانة من دونكم لايالونكم خبالا ودوا ماعنتم قد بدت البغضاء من افواههم وماتخفي صدورهم اكبر قد بينا لكم الايات ان كنتم تعقلون
|
|
yaayha alXyn amnwa lattKXwa bTan+ mn dwnkm layalwnkm Kbala wdwa ma`ntm qd bdt albGDa' mn afwahhm wmatKfy Sdwrhm akbr qd byna lkm alayat an kntm t`qlwn
|
|
You, you those who believed, do not take a confidant from other than you, they do not slacken/relax in (causing) degeneration/corruption (to) you, they loved/wished what you suffered (from) exertion/burden. The intense, hatred/animosity appeared from their mouths, and what their chests (innermosts) hide (is) greater/bigger. We have clarified to you the signs/verses/evidences if you were/are understanding.
|
|
O ye who believe! Take not into your intimacy those outside your ranks: They will not fail to corrupt you. They only desire your ruin: Rank hatred has already appeared from their mouths: What their hearts conceal is far worse. We have made plain to you the Signs, if ye have wisdom.
|
|
119. * |
هاانتم اولاء تحبونهم ولايحبونكم وتؤمنون بالكتاب كله واذا لقوكم قالوا امنا واذا خلوا عضوا عليكم الانامل من الغيظ قل موتوا بغيظكم ان الله عليم بذات الصدور
|
|
haantm awla' tHbwnhm wlayHbwnkm wtWmnwn balktab klh waXa lqwkm qalwa amna waXa Klwa `Dwa `lykm alanaml mn alGyZ ql mwtwa bGyZkm an allh `lym bXat alSdwr
|
|
Here you are, those (who) love/like them, and they do not love/like you, and you believe with The Book, all of it, and (when) they met you, they said: "We believed." And if they were alone/together they bit on you the fingertips from the anger/rage. Say: "Die with your anger/rage, that God (is) knowledgeable with (what is) in the chests (innermosts)."
|
|
Ah! ye are those who love them, but they love you not,- though ye believe in the whole of the Book. When they meet you, they say, "We believe": But when they are alone, they bite off the very tips of their fingers at you in their rage. Say: "Perish in you rage; Allah knoweth well all the secrets of the heart."
|
|
120. * |
ان تمسسكم حسنة تسؤهم وان تصبكم سيئة يفرحوا بها وان تصبروا وتتقوا لايضركم كيدهم شيئا ان الله بما يعملون محيط
|
|
an tmsskm Hsn+ tsWhm wan tSbkm syY+ yfrHwa bha wan tSbrwa wttqwa layDrkm kydhm $yYa an allh bma y`mlwn mHyT
|
|
If a good/goodness touches you, it harms them, and if a sin/crime strikes you, they become happy/rejoiced with it, and if you be patient and you fear and obey, their plotting/conspiring does not harm you a thing. That God (is) with what they make/do/work surrounding.
|
|
If aught that is good befalls you, it grieves them; but if some misfortune overtakes you, they rejoice at it. But if ye are constant and do right, not the least harm will their cunning do to you; for Allah Compasseth round about all that they do.
|
|
121. * |
واذ غدوت من اهلك تبوئ المؤمنين مقاعد للقتال والله سميع عليم
|
|
waX Gdwt mn ahlk tbwY almWmnyn mqa`d llqtal wallh smy` `lym
|
|
And when you went early from your family/people, you assign the believers sitting places (positions) to the fighting/killing, and God (is) hearing/listening, knowledgeable.41
|
|
Remember that morning Thou didst leave Thy household (early) to post the faithful at their stations for battle: And Allah heareth and knoweth all things:
|
|
122. * |
اذ همت طائفتان منكم ان تفشلا والله وليهما وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون
|
|
aX hmt TaYftan mnkm an tf$la wallh wlyhma w`li allh flytwkl almWmnwn
|
|
When two groups from you started/began that they weaken and become cowardly (B), and God (is) their (B)'s guardian and on God so should rely/depend the believers.
|
|
Remember two of your parties Meditated cowardice; but Allah was their protector, and in Allah should the faithful (Ever) put their trust.
|
|
123. * |
ولقد نصركم الله ببدر وانتم اذلة فاتقوا الله لعلكم تشكرون
|
|
wlqd nSrkm allh bbdr wantm aXl+ fatqwa allh l`lkm t$krwn
|
|
And God had (E) given you victory/aid with (at) Badr, and you are humiliated/disgraced, so fear and obey God, maybe/perhaps you thank/be grateful.
|
|
Allah had helped you at Badr, when ye were a contemptible little force; then fear Allah. thus May ye show your gratitude.
|
|
124. * |
اذ تقول للمؤمنين الن يكفيكم ان يمدكم ربكم بثلاثة الاف من الملائكة منزلين
|
|
aX tqwl llmWmnyn aln ykfykm an ymdkm rbkm bxlax+ alaf mn almlaYk+ mnzlyn
|
|
If/when you say to the believers: "Is it not enough/sufficient for you that your Lord extends (supplies) you with three thousand from the angels sent descending?"
|
|
Remember thou saidst to the Faithful: "Is it not enough for you that Allah should help you with three thousand angels (Specially) sent down?
|
|
125. * |
بلى ان تصبروا وتتقوا وياتوكم من فورهم هذا يمددكم ربكم بخمسة الاف من الملائكة مسومين
|
|
bli an tSbrwa wttqwa wyatwkm mn fwrhm hXa ymddkm rbkm bKms+ alaf mn almlaYk+ mswmyn
|
|
Yes/certainly if you be patient and you fear and obey, and they come to you from this their promptness (at once), your Lord extends (supplies) you with five thousand from the angels marked/identified.
|
|
"Yea, - if ye remain firm, and act aright, even if the enemy should rush here on you in hot haste, your Lord would help you with five thousand angels Making a terrific onslaught.
|
|
126. * |
وماجعله الله الا بشرى لكم ولتطمئن قلوبكم به وماالنصر الا من عند الله العزيز الحكيم
|
|
wmaj`lh allh ala b$ri lkm wltTmYn qlwbkm bh wmaalnSr ala mn `nd allh al`zyz alHkym
|
|
And God did not make/manipulate it except (as) a good news to you and to assure/tranquillise your hearts with it, and the victory/aid is not except from at God, the glorious/mighty, the wise judicious.
|
|
Allah made it but a message of hope for you, and an assurance to your hearts: (in any case) there is no help except from Allah. The Exalted, the Wise:
|
|
127. * |
ليقطع طرفا من الذين كفروا اويكبتهم فينقلبوا خائبين
|
|
lyqT` Trfa mn alXyn kfrwa awykbthm fynqlbwa KaYbyn
|
|
To cut off/separate an end/edge from those who disbelieved, or He humiliates/destroys/returns them with rage, so they turn/return failures.
|
|
That He might cut off a fringe of the Unbelievers or expose them to infamy, and they should then be turned back, frustrated of their purpose.
|
|
128. * |
ليس لك من الامر شئ او يتوب عليهم او يعذبهم فانهم ظالمون
|
|
lys lk mn alamr $Y aw ytwb `lyhm aw y`Xbhm fanhm Zalmwn
|
|
(It) is not to you from the matter/affair a thing, or He forgives on them or He tortures them, so then they are unjust/oppressors.
|
|
Not for thee, (but for Allah., is the decision: Whether He turn in mercy to them, or punish them; for they are indeed wrong-doers.
|
|
129. * |
ولله مافي السماوات ومافي الارض يغفر لمن يشاء ويعذب من يشاء والله غفور رحيم
|
|
wllh mafy alsmawat wmafy alarD yGfr lmn y$a' wy`Xb mn y$a' wallh Gfwr rHym
|
|
And to God what is in the skies/space and what is in the earth/Planet Earth, He forgives, for whom He wills/wants and He tortures whom He wills/wants, and God (is) forgiving, merciful.
|
|
To Allah belongeth all that is in the heavens and on earth. He forgiveth whom He pleaseth and punisheth whom He pleaseth; but Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
|
|
130. * |
ياايها الذين امنوا لاتاكلوا الربا اضعافا مضاعفة واتقوا الله لعلكم تفلحون
|
|
yaayha alXyn amnwa lataklwa alrba aD`afa mDa`f+ watqwa allh l`lkm tflHwn
|
|
You, you those who believed, do not eat, the growth/increase/interest doubles doubled, and fear and obey God, maybe/perhaps you succeed/win.
|
|
O ye who believe! Devour not usury, doubled and multiplied; but fear Allah. that ye may (really) prosper.
|
|
131. * |
واتقوا النار التي اعدت للكافرين
|
|
watqwa alnar alty a`dt llkafryn
|
|
And fear (and avoid) the fire which was/is prepared to the disbelievers.
|
|
Fear the Fire, which is repaired for those who reject Faith:
|
|
132. * |
واطيعوا الله والرسول لعلكم ترحمون
|
|
waTy`wa allh walrswl l`lkm trHmwn
|
|
And obey God and the messenger, maybe/perhaps you attain mercy.
|
|
And obey Allah and the Messenger. that ye may obtain mercy.
|
|
133. * |
وسارعوا الى مغفرة من ربكم وجنة عرضها السماوات والارض اعدت للمتقين
|
|
wsar`wa ali mGfr+ mn rbkm wjn+ `rDha alsmawat walarD a`dt llmtqyn
|
|
And quicken/speed to a forgiveness from your Lord and a treed garden/paradise, its width (is) the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth, (it) was/is prepared to the fearing and obeying.
|
|
Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous,-
|
|
134. * |
الذين ينفقون في السراء والضراء والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين
|
|
alXyn ynfqwn fy alsra' walDra' walkaZmyn alGyZ wal`afyn `n alnas wallh yHb almHsnyn
|
|
Those who spend in the prosperity, and (in) the calamity, and the suppressing the anger/rage, and the forgiving/pardoning on the people, and God loves/likes the good doers.
|
|
Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for Allah loves those who do good;-
|
|
135. * |
والذين اذا فعلوا فاحشة او ظلموا انفسهم ذكروا الله فاستغفروا لذنوبهم ومن يغفر الذنوب الا الله ولم يصروا على مافعلوا وهم يعلمون
|
|
walXyn aXa f`lwa faH$+ aw Zlmwa anfshm Xkrwa allh fastGfrwa lXnwbhm wmn yGfr alXnwb ala allh wlm ySrwa `li maf`lwa whm y`lmwn
|
|
And those who if they made/did an enormous/atrocious deed, they caused injustice (to) themselves, they mentioned/remembered God, so they asked for forgiveness for their crimes, and who forgives the crimes except God? And they did not insist/persist on what they made/did, and they know.
|
|
And those who, having done something to be ashamed of, or wronged their own souls, earnestly bring Allah to mind, and ask for forgiveness for their sins,- and who can forgive sins except Allah.- and are never obstinate in persisting knowingly in (the wrong) they have done.
|
|
136. * |
اولئك جزاؤهم مغفرة من ربهم وجنات تجري من تحتها الانهار خالدين فيها ونعم اجر العاملين
|
|
awlYk jzaWhm mGfr+ mn rbhm wjnat tjry mn tHtha alanhar Kaldyn fyha wn`m ajr al`amlyn
|
|
Those, their reward (is) forgiveness from their Lord, and treed gardens, the rivers flow from underneath it, immortally in it, and blessed/praised (is) the makers'/doers' reward.
|
|
For such the reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing underneath,- an eternal dwelling: How excellent a recompense for those who work (and strive)!
|
|
137. * |
قد خلت من قبلكم سنن فسيروا في الارض فانظروا كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين
|
|
qd Klt mn qblkm snn fsyrwa fy alarD fanZrwa kyf kan `aqb+ almkXbyn
|
|
Laws/ways had past/left from before you, so move/walk in the earth/Planet Earth, so look/consider how was the liars'/denier's end (result).
|
|
Many were the Ways of Life that have passed away before you: travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who rejected Truth.
|
|
138. * |
هذا بيان للناس وهدى وموعظة للمتقين
|
|
hXa byan llnas whdi wmw`Z+ llmtqyn
|
|
This (is) evidence/logic to the people and guidance, and a sermon/advice/warning to the fearing and obeying.
|
|
Here is a plain statement to men, a guidance and instruction to those who fear Allah.
|
|
139. * |
ولاتهنوا ولاتحزنوا وانتم الاعلون ان كنتم مؤمنين
|
|
wlathnwa wlatHznwa wantm ala`lwn an kntm mWmnyn
|
|
And do not weaken/enfeeble, and do not be saddened/grieved, and you are the overcoming and becoming dignified/defeating, if you were believing.42
|
|
So lose not heart, nor fall into despair: For ye must gain mastery if ye are true in Faith.
|
|
140. * |
ان يمسسكم قرح فقد مس القوم قرح مثله وتلك الايام نداولها بين الناس وليعلم الله الذين امنوا ويتخذ منكم شهداء والله لايحب الظالمين
|
|
an ymsskm qrH fqd ms alqwm qrH mxlh wtlk alayam ndawlha byn alnas wly`lm allh alXyn amnwa wytKX mnkm $hda' wallh layHb alZalmyn
|
|
If a wound/ulcer (pain) touches you, so a wound/ulcer (pain) equal/alike to it had touched the nation, and those are the days/times, We rotate/alternate it between the people, and (for) God to know those who believed, and (to) take from you witnesses (martyrs), and God does not love/like the unjust/oppressors.
|
|
If a wound hath touched you, be sure a similar wound hath touched the others. Such days (of varying fortunes) We give to men and men by turns: that Allah may know those that believe, and that He may take to Himself from your ranks Martyr-witnesses (to Truth). And Allah loveth not those that do wrong.
|
|
141. * |
وليمحص الله الذين امنوا ويمحق الكافرين
|
|
wlymHS allh alXyn amnwa wymHq alkafryn
|
|
And (for) God to purify/clarify/cleanse those who believed, and to annihilate/wipe off the disbelievers.
|
|
Allah.s object also is to purge those that are true in Faith and to deprive of blessing Those that resist Faith.
|
|
142. * |
ام حسبتم ان تدخلوا الجنة ولما يعلم الله الذين جاهدوا منكم ويعلم الصابرين
|
|
am Hsbtm an tdKlwa aljn+ wlma y`lm allh alXyn jahdwa mnkm wy`lm alSabryn
|
|
Or (have) you thought/supposed that you enter the Paradise, and God did not (E) know, those who struggled/did utmost from you, and He knows the patient.
|
|
Did ye think that ye would enter Heaven without Allah testing those of you who fought hard (In His Cause) and remained steadfast?
|
|
143. * |
ولقد كنتم تمنون الموت من قبل ان تلقوه فقد رايتموه وانتم تنظرون
|
|
wlqd kntm tmnwn almwt mn qbl an tlqwh fqd raytmwh wantm tnZrwn
|
|
And you had been wishing/desiring the death, from before that you meet/find it, so you had seen it and you (are) looking.
|
|
Ye did indeed wish for death before ye met him: Now ye have seen him with your own eyes, (And ye flinch!)
|
|
144. * |
ومامحمد الا رسول قد خلت من قبله الرسل افئن مات او قتل انقلبتم على اعقابكم ومن ينقلب على عقبيه فلن يضر الله شيئا وسيجزي الله الشاكرين
|
|
wmamHmd ala rswl qd Klt mn qblh alrsl afYn mat aw qtl anqlbtm `li a`qabkm wmn ynqlb `li `qbyh fln yDr allh $yYa wsyjzy allh al$akryn
|
|
And Mohammad is not except a messenger, had passed/expired from before him the messengers, so if he died, or (he was) killed, you turned/returned on your heels, and whom turns/returns, on his two heels, so he will never/not harm God, a thing, and God will reward the thankful/grateful.
|
|
Muhammad is no more than an apostle: many Were the apostle that passed away before him. If he died or were slain, will ye then Turn back on your heels? If any did turn back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah. but Allah (on the other hand) will swiftly reward those who (serve Him) with gratitude.
|
|
145. * |
وماكان لنفس ان تموت الا باذن الله كتابا مؤجلا ومن يرد ثواب الدنيا نؤته منها ومن يرد ثواب الاخرة نؤته منها وسنجزى الشاكرين
|
|
wmakan lnfs an tmwt ala baXn allh ktaba mWjla wmn yrd xwab aldnya nWth mnha wmn yrd xwab alaKr+ nWth mnha wsnjzi al$akryn
|
|
And it was not to a self that to die except with God's permission, a decree/destiny/fate delayed, and who wants/wills the present world's reward, We give him from it, and who wants/wills the end's (other life's) reward, We give him from it, and We will reward the thankful/grateful.
|
|
Nor can a soul die except by Allah.s leave, the term being fixed as by writing. If any do desire a reward in this life, We shall give it to him; and if any do desire a reward in the Hereafter, We shall give it to him. And swiftly shall We reward those that (serve us with) gratitude.
|
|
146. * |
وكاين من نبي قاتل معه ربيون كثير فما وهنوا لمااصابهم في سبيل الله وماضعفوا ومااستكانوا والله يحب الصابرين
|
|
wkayn mn nby qatl m`h rbywn kxyr fma whnwa lmaaSabhm fy sbyl allh wmaD`fwa wmaastkanwa wallh yHb alSabryn
|
|
And how many from a prophet fought/killed with him many knowledgeable Lord worshippers? So they did not weaken/enfeeble for (what) struck them in God's sake, and they did not weaken, and they did not become humiliated/disgraced, and God loves/likes the patient.
|
|
How many of the prophets fought (in Allah.s way), and with them (fought) Large bands of godly men? but they never lost heart if they met with disaster in Allah.s way, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in. And Allah Loves those who are firm and steadfast.
|
|
147. * |
وماكان قولهم الا ان قالوا ربنا اغفر لنا ذنوبنا واسرافنا في امرنا وثبت اقدامنا وانصرنا على القوم الكافرين
|
|
wmakan qwlhm ala an qalwa rbna aGfr lna Xnwbna wasrafna fy amrna wxbt aqdamna wanSrna `li alqwm alkafryn
|
|
And their saying was not, except that they said: "Our Lord, forgive for us our crimes and our spoilage/wastefulness in our matter/affair, and affix/make our feet firm, and give us victory/aid over the nation, the disbelieving."
|
|
All that they said was: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything We may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those that resist Faith."
|
|
148. * |
فاتاهم الله ثواب الدنيا وحسن ثواب الاخرة والله يحب المحسنين
|
|
fatahm allh xwab aldnya wHsn xwab alaKr+ wallh yHb almHsnyn
|
|
So God gave them the present world's reward, and the end's (other life's) beautiful/good reward, and God loves/likes the good doers.
|
|
And Allah gave them a reward in this world, and the excellent reward of the Hereafter. For Allah Loveth those who do good.
|
|
149. * |
ياايها الذين امنوا ان تطيعوا الذين كفروا يردوكم على اعقابكم فتنقلبوا خاسرين
|
|
yaayha alXyn amnwa an tTy`wa alXyn kfrwa yrdwkm `li a`qabkm ftnqlbwa Kasryn
|
|
You, you those who believed, if you obey those who disbelieved, they return you on your heels, so you turn/return losers.
|
|
O ye who believe! If ye obey the Unbelievers, they will drive you back on your heels, and ye will turn back (from Faith) to your own loss.
|
|
150. * |
بل الله مولاكم وهو خير الناصرين
|
|
bl allh mwlakm whw Kyr alnaSryn
|
|
No/but, God (is) your master/ally, and He is best (of) the victoriors/saviors/supporters.
|
|
Nay, Allah is your protector, and He is the best of helpers.
|
|
151. * |
سنلقي في قلوب الذين كفروا الرعب بما اشركوا بالله مالم ينزل به سلطانا وماواهم النار وبئس مثوى الظالمين

snlqy fy qlwb alXyn kfrwa alr`b bma a$rkwa ballh malm ynzl bh slTana wmawahm alnar wbYs mxwi alZalmyn
|
|
We will throw in those who disbelieved's hearts the terror because (of) what they shared with God what (He) did not descend with it a proof/evidence/authority, and their shelter/refuge (is) the fire, and how bad (is) the unjust's home/residence/dwelling.
|
|
Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority: their abode will be the Fire: And evil is the home of the wrong-doers!
|
|
152. * |
ولقد صدقكم الله وعده اذ تحسونهم باذنه حتى اذا فشلتم وتنازعتم في الامر وعصيتم من بعد ما اراكم ماتحبون منكم من يريد الدنيا ومنكم من يريد الاخرة ثم صرفكم عنهم ليبتليكم ولقد عفا عنكم والله ذو فضل على المؤمنين

|
wlqd Sdqkm allh w`dh aX tHswnhm baXnh Hti aXa f$ltm wtnaz`tm fy alamr w`Sytm mn b`d ma arakm matHbwn mnkm mn yryd aldnya wmnkm mn yryd alaKr+ xm Srfkm `nhm lybtlykm wlqd `fa `nkm wallh Xw fDl `li almWmnyn
|
|
And God had been (E) truthful to you (in) His promise to you when you killed/uprooted them with His permission, until you weakened and became cowardly/failed and you disputed in the matter/affair, and you disobeyed from after what He showed you what you love/like, from you who want the present world and from you who want the end (other life), then He diverted you from them, to test you and He had (E) forgiven on you, and God (is owner) of grace on the believers.

|
Allah did indeed fulfil His promise to you when ye with His permission Were about to annihilate your enemy,-until ye flinched and fell to disputing about the order, and disobeyed it after He brought you in sight (of the booty) which ye covet. Among you are some that hanker after this world and some that desire the Hereafter. Then did He divert you from your foes in order to test you but He forgave you: For Allah is full of grace to those who believe.

اذ تصعدون ولاتلوون على احد والرسول يدعوكم في اخراكم فاثباكم غما بغم لكيلا تحزنوا على مافاتكم ولا مااصابكم والله خبير بما تعملون
|
|
aX tS`dwn wlatlwwn `li aHd walrswl yd`wkm fy aKrakm faxbakm Gma bGm lkyla tHznwa `li mafatkm wla maaSabkm wallh Kbyr bma t`mlwn
|
|
When you ascend/have hardship and do not wait/stop on anyone, and the messenger calls you in your end/back, so you were flooded/rewarded grief/depression with a grief/depression, so that you not43be saddened on what passed/missed you permanently, and nor what struck you, and God (is) expert/experienced with what you make/do.
|
|
Behold! ye were climbing up the high ground, without even casting a side glance at any one, and the Messenger in your rear was calling you back. There did Allah give you one distress after another by way of requital, to teach you not to grieve for (the booty) that had escaped you and for (the ill) that had befallen you. For Allah is well aware of all that ye do.
|
|
154. * |
ثم انزل عليكم من بعد الغم امنة نعاسا يغشى طائفة منكم وطائفة قد اهمتهم انفسهم يظنون بالله غير الحق ظن الجاهلية يقولون هل لنا من الامر من شئ قل ان الامر كله لله يخفون في انفسهم مالايبدون لك يقولون لو كان لنا من الامر شئ ماقتلنا هاهنا قل لو كنتم في بيوتكم لبرز الذين كتب عليهم القتل الى مضاجعهم وليبتلي الله مافي صدوركم وليمحص مافي قلوبكم والله عليم بذات الصدور

xm anzl `lykm mn b`d alGm amn+ n`asa yG$i TaYf+ mnkm wTaYf+ qd ahmthm anfshm yZnwn ballh Gyr alHq Zn aljahly+ yqwlwn hl lna mn alamr mn $Y ql an alamr klh llh yKfwn fy anfshm malaybdwn lk yqwlwn lw kan lna mn alamr $Y maqtlna hahna ql lw kntm fy bywtkm lbrz alXyn ktb `lyhm alqtl ali mDaj`hm wlybtly allh mafy Sdwrkm wlymHS mafy qlwbkm wallh `lym bXat alSdwr
|
|
Then (He) descended on you from after the grief/depression safety/security, slumbering/dozing (to) cover/make unconscious a group from you, and a group, their selves had interested/concerned them, they suspect with God other than the truth, the pre-Islamic Paganism's/ignorance's suspicion. They say: "Is there for us from a thing from the matter/affair?" Say: "That the matter/affair, all of it (is) to God." They hide in themselves what they do not show to you. They say: "If (there) was for us from the matter/affair a thing, we would not (have) killed/fought here here." Say: "If you were in your houses/homes, those who (it) was written/decreed on them the fighting would have emerged/appeared to their places of lying down (beds), and (for) God to test what is in their hearts (innermosts), and to purify/clarify/cleanse what is in your hearts/minds and God (is) knowledgeable with of the chests (innermosts).

|
After (the excitement) of the distress, He sent down calm on a band of you overcome with slumber, while another band was stirred to anxiety by their own feelings, Moved by wrong suspicions of Allah.suspicions due to ignorance. They said: "What affair is this of ours?" Say thou: "Indeed, this affair is wholly Allah.s." They hide in their minds what they dare not reveal to thee. They say (to themselves): "If we had had anything to do with this affair, We should not have been in the slaughter here." Say: "Even if you had remained in your homes, those for whom death was decreed would certainly have gone forth to the place of their death"; but (all this was) that Allah might test what is in your breasts and purge what is in your hearts. For Allah knoweth well the secrets of your hearts.

ان الذين تولوا منكم يوم التقى الجمعان انما استزلهم الشيطان ببعض ماكسبوا ولقد عفا الله عنهم ان الله غفور حليم
|
|
an alXyn twlwa mnkm ywm altqi aljm`an anma astzlhm al$yTan bb`D maksbwa wlqd `fa allh `nhm an allh Gfwr Hlym
|
|
That those who turned away from you, a day/time the two groups/gatherings met, but the devil made them slip/fall/sin, with some/part (of) what they earned/gathered, and God had forgiven/pardoned on them, that God (is) forgiving, clement.
|
|
Those of you who turned back on the day the two hosts Met,-it was Satan who caused them to fail, because of some (evil) they had done. But Allah Has blotted out (their fault): For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing.
|
|
156. * |
ياايها الذين امنوا لاتكونوا كالذين كفروا وقالوا لاخوانهم اذا ضربوا في الارض او كانوا غزى لو كانوا عندنا ما ماتوا وماقتلوا ليجعل الله ذلك حسرة في قلوبهم والله يحيي ويميت والله بما تعملون بصير
|
|
yaayha alXyn amnwa latkwnwa kalXyn kfrwa wqalwa laKwanhm aXa Drbwa fy alarD aw kanwa Gzi lw kanwa `ndna ma matwa wmaqtlwa lyj`l allh Xlk Hsr+ fy qlwbhm wallh yHyy wymyt wallh bma t`mlwn bSyr
|
|
You, you those who believed, do not be like those who disbelieved and said to their brothers if they moved in the earth/Planet Earth or they were invading/raiding: "If they were at us, they would not (have) died, and they would not (have) been killed." (For) God to make/put that grief/sorrow/eagerness in their hearts/minds, and God revives/makes alive and makes die, and God (is) with what you make/do/work seeing/knowing.
|
|
O ye who believe! Be not like the Unbelievers, who say of their brethren, when they are travelling through the Earth or engaged in fighting: "If they had stayed with us, they would not have died, or been slain." This that Allah may make it a cause of sighs and regrets in their hearts. It is Allah that gives Life and Death, and Allah sees well all that ye do.

157. * |
ولئن قتلتم في سبيل الله او متم لمغفرة من الله ورحمة خير مما يجمعون
|
|
wlYn qtltm fy sbyl allh aw mtm lmGfr+ mn allh wrHm+ Kyr mma yjm`wn
|
|
And if (E) you were killed in God's way/sake or you died, a forgiveness (E) from God, and a mercy (is) better from what they gather/collect/accumulate.
|
|
And if ye are slain, or die, in the way of Allah, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are far better than all they could amass.
|
|
158. * |
ولئن متم او قتلتم لالى الله تحشرون
|
|
wlYn mtm aw qtltm lali allh tH$rwn
|
|
And if you died or you were killed, to (E) God you are being gathered.
|
|
And if ye die, or are slain, Lo! it is unto Allah that ye are brought together.
|
|
159. * |
فبما رحمة من الله لنت لهم ولو كنت فظا غليظ القلب لانفضوا من حولك فاعف عنهم واستغفر لهم وشاورهم في الامر فاذا عزمت فتوكل على الله ان الله يحب المتوكلين
|
|
fbma rHm+ mn allh lnt lhm wlw knt fZa GlyZ alqlb lanfDwa mn Hwlk fa`f `nhm wastGfr lhm w$awrhm fy alamr faXa `zmt ftwkl `li allh an allh yHb almtwklyn
|
|
So with what mercy from God you became lenient/softened to them, and if you were rough/rude/crude, hard/strong the heart/mind, they would have scattered/separated from around you, so forgive/pardon on them, and ask for forgiveness for them, and discuss/consult with them in the matter/affair, so if you decided/determined, so rely/depend on God, that God loves/likes the reliant/dependent.
|
|
It is part of the Mercy of Allah that thou dost deal gently with them Wert thou severe or harsh-hearted, they would have broken away from about thee: so pass over (Their faults), and ask for ((Allah)'s) forgiveness for them; and consult them in affairs (of moment). Then, when thou hast Taken a decision put thy trust in Allah. For Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him).

|
160. * |
ان ينصركم الله فلا غالب لكم وان يخذلكم فمن ذا الذي ينصركم من بعده وعلى الله فليتوكل المؤمنون
|
|
an ynSrkm allh fla Galb lkm wan yKXlkm fmn Xa alXy ynSrkm mn b`dh w`li allh flytwkl almWmnwn
|
|
If God gives you victory/aid, so (there is) no defeater for you, and if He abandons/deserts you, so who (is) of that to give you victory/aid from after Him? And on God so should rely/depend the believers.
|
|
If Allah helps you, none can overcome you: If He forsakes you, who is there, after that, that can help you? in Allah, then, Let believers put their trust.
|
|
161. * |
وماكان لنبي ان يغل ومن يغلل يات بما غل يوم القيامة ثم توفى كل نفس ماكسبت وهم لايظلمون
|
|
wmakan lnby an yGl wmn yGll yat bma Gl ywm alqyam+ xm twfi kl nfs maksbt whm layZlmwn
|
|
And (it) was not to a prophet to cheat/defraud, and who cheats/defrauds comes with what he cheated/defrauded (in) the Resurrection Day, then each self is fulfilled what it gathered/acquired,and they are not being caused injustice to/oppressed.
|
|
No prophet could (ever) be false to his trust. If any person is so false, He shall, on the Day of Judgment, restore what he misappropriated; then shall every soul receive its due,- whatever it earned,- and none shall be dealt with unjustly.
|
|
162. * |
افمن اتبع رضوان الله كمن باء بسخط من الله وماواه جهنم وبئس المصير
|
|
afmn atb` rDwan allh kmn ba' bsKT mn allh wmawah jhnm wbYs almSyr
|
|
Is that who followed God's acceptance/approval/satisfaction, as who returned with hatred/anger/dissatisfaction from God, and his shelter/refuge (is) Hell, and how bad (is) the end/destination?
|
|
Is the man who follows the good pleasure of Allah Like the man who draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and whose abode is in Hell?- A woeful refuge!
|
|
163. * |
هم درجات عند الله والله بصير بما يعملون
|
|
hm drjat `nd allh wallh bSyr bma y`mlwn
|
|
They are degrees/stages at God, and God (is) seeing/knowing with what they make/do/work.44
|
|
They are in varying gardens in the sight of Allah, and Allah sees well all that they do.
|
|
164. * |
لقد من الله على المؤمنين اذ بعث فيهم رسولا من انفسهم يتلو عليهم اياته ويزكيهم ويعلمهم الكتاب والحكمة وان كانوا من قبل لفي ضلال مبين
|
|
lqd mn allh `li almWmnyn aX b`x fyhm rswla mn anfshm ytlw `lyhm ayath wyzkyhm wy`lmhm alktab walHkm+ wan kanwa mn qbl lfy Dlal mbyn
|
|
God had blessed on the believers, when He sent in them a messenger from themselves, he reads/recites on them His verses/evidences and he purifies/corrects them, and he teaches/instructs them The Book,and the wisdom, and if they were from before in (E) a clear/evident misguidance.
|
|
Allah did confer a great favour on the believers when He sent among them an apostle from among themselves, rehearsing unto them the Signs of Allah, sanctifying them, and instructing them in Scripture and Wisdom, while, before that, they had been in manifest error.
|
|
165. * |
اولما اصابتكم مصيبة قد اصبتم مثليها قلتم انى هذا قل هو من عند انفسكم ان الله على كل شئ قدير
|
|
awlma aSabtkm mSyb+ qd aSbtm mxlyha qltm ani hXa ql hw mn `nd anfskm an allh `li kl $Y qdyr
|
|
Or when a disaster struck/hit you, you had struck/hit equal to it twice, you said: "From where (is) that (the disaster)?" Say: "It is from at yourselves, that God (is) on every thing capable/able."
|
|
What! When a single disaster smites you, although ye smote (your enemies) with one twice as great, do ye say?- "Whence is this?" Say (to them): "It is from yourselves: For Allah hath power over all things."
|
|
166. * |
ومااصابكم يوم التقى الجمعان فباذن الله وليعلم المؤمنين
|
|
wmaaSabkm ywm altqi aljm`an fbaXn allh wly`lm almWmnyn
|
|
And what struck/hit you (on the) day the two groups/gatherings met, so (it is) with God's permission, and to know the believers.
|
|
What ye suffered on the day the two armies Met, was with the leave of Allah, in order that He might test the believers,-
|
|
167. * |
وليعلم الذين نافقوا وقيل لهم تعالوا قاتلوا في سبيل الله او ادفعوا قالوا لو نعلم قتالا لاتبعناكم هم للكفر يومئذ اقرب منهم للايمان يقولون بافواههم ماليس في قلوبهم والله اعلم بما يكتمون
|
|
wly`lm alXyn nafqwa wqyl lhm t`alwa qatlwa fy sbyl allh aw adf`wa qalwa lw n`lm qtala latb`nakm hm llkfr ywmYX aqrb mnhm llayman yqwlwn bafwahhm malys fy qlwbhm wallh a`lm bma yktmwn
|
|
And to know those who exercised hypocrisy, and was said to them: "Come, fight in God's sake or pay/push/repel." They said: "If we know a fight we would have followed you." They are to the disbelief that day nearer/closer, from them to the belief. They say with their mouths what is not in their hearts/minds,and God (is) more knowing with what they hide/conceal.
|
|
And the Hypocrites also. These were told: "Come, fight in the way of Allah, or (at least) drive (The foe from your city)." They said: "Had we known how to fight, we should certainly have followed you." They were that day nearer to Unbelief than to Faith, saying with their lips what was not in their hearts but Allah hath full knowledge of all they conceal.

|
168. * |
الذين قالوا لاخوانهم وقعدوا لو اطاعونا ماقتلوا قل فادرؤوا عن انفسكم الموت ان كنتم صادقين
|
|
alXyn qalwa laKwanhm wq`dwa lw aTa`wna maqtlwa ql fadrWwa `n anfskm almwt an kntm Sadqyn
|
|
Those who said to their brothers and they sat/remained behind : "If they obeyed us, they would not (have) been killed." Say: "So push/drive away (prevent) from yourselves the death if you were truthful."
|
|
(They are) the ones that say, (of their brethren slain), while they themselves sit (at ease): "If only they had listened to us they would not have been slain." Say: "Avert death from your own selves, if ye speak the truth."
|
|
169. * |
ولاتحسبن الذين قتلوا في سبيل الله امواتا بل احياء عند ربهم يرزقون
|
|
wlatHsbn alXyn qtlwa fy sbyl allh amwata bl aHya' `nd rbhm yrzqwn
|
|
And do not think/suppose those who (were) killed in God's sake (are) deads, but (they are) alive at their Lord, being provided for.
|
|
Think not of those who are slain in Allah.s way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord;
|
|
170. * |
فرحين بما اتاهم الله من فضله ويستبشرون بالذين لم يلحقوا بهم من خلفهم الا خوف عليهم ولاهم يحزنون
|
|
frHyn bma atahm allh mn fDlh wystb$rwn balXyn lm ylHqwa bhm mn Klfhm ala Kwf `lyhm wlahm yHznwn
|
|
And happy/rejoiced with what God gave them from His grace/favour, and they (will) be announced good news to/be cheerful with those who did not catch-up/join/reach with them from behind them, is (it) not (that) fear on them (no fear for them), and nor they be sad/grieving?
|
|
They rejoice in the bounty provided by Allah. And with regard to those left behind, who have not yet joined them (in their bliss), the (Martyrs) glory in the fact that on them is no fear, nor have they (cause to) grieve.
|
|
171. * |
يستبشرون بنعمة من الله وفضل وان الله لايضيع اجر المؤمنين
|
|
ystb$rwn bn`m+ mn allh wfDl wan allh layDy` ajr almWmnyn
|
|
They be announced good new to with a blessing/goodness from God, and grace/favour, and that God does not waste the believers' reward.
|
|
They glory in the Grace and the bounty from Allah, and in the fact that Allah suffereth not the reward of the Faithful to be lost (in the least).
|
|
172. * |
الذين استجابوا لله والرسول من بعد مااصابهم القرح للذين احسنوا منهم واتقوا اجر عظيم
|
|
alXyn astjabwa llh walrswl mn b`d maaSabhm alqrH llXyn aHsnwa mnhm watqwa ajr `Zym
|
|
Those who answered/replied to God and the messenger from after what the wound/ulcer (harm) struck them, for those who did good from them, and feared and obeyed, a great reward.
|
|
Of those who answered the call of Allah and the Messenger, even after being wounded, those who do right and refrain from wrong have a great reward;-
|
|
173. * |
الذين قال لهم الناس ان الناس قد جمعوا لكم فاخشوهم فزادهم ايمانا وقالوا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
|
|
alXyn qal lhm alnas an alnas qd jm`wa lkm faK$whm fzadhm aymana wqalwa Hsbna allh wn`m alwkyl
|
|
Those who the people said to them: "That the people had gathered for you, so fear them." So (it) increased them faith/belief and they said: "Enough for us God, and blessed/praised (is) the fulfiller/guardian."
|
|
Men said to them: "A great army is gathering against you": And frightened them: But it (only) increased their Faith: They said: "For us Allah sufficeth, and He is the best disposer of affairs."
|
|
174. * |
فانقلبوا بنعمة من الله وفضل لم يمسسهم سوء واتبعوا رضوان الله والله ذو فضل عظيم
|
|
fanqlbwa bn`m+ mn allh wfDl lm ymsshm sw' watb`wa rDwan allh wallh Xw fDl `Zym
|
|
So they turned/returned with a blessing/goodness from God and a grace/favour, (and) bad/evil did not touch them, and they followed God's acceptance/approval, and God (is owner) of great grace/favour.
|
|
And they returned with Grace and bounty from Allah. no harm ever touched them: For they followed the good pleasure of Allah. And Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.
|
|
175. * |
انما ذلكم الشيطان يخوف اولياءه فلا تخافوهم وخافون ان كنتم مؤمنين
|
|
anma Xlkm al$yTan yKwf awlya'h fla tKafwhm wKafwn an kntm mWmnyn
|
|
But that (is) the devil, he frightens his patrons/supporters, so do not fear them, and fear Me, if you were believers.
|
|
It is only the Evil One that suggests to you the fear of his votaries: Be ye not afraid of them, but fear Me, if ye have Faith.
|
|
176. * |
ولايحزنك الذين يسارعون في الكفر انهم لن يضروا الله شيئا يريد الله الا يجعل لهم حظا في الاخرة ولهم عذاب عظيم
|
|
wlayHznk alXyn ysar`wn fy alkfr anhm ln yDrwa allh $yYa yryd allh ala yj`l lhm HZa fy alaKr+ wlhm `Xab `Zym
|
|
And do not be saddened/grievous (by) those who quicken/speed in the disbelief, that they will never/not harm God a thing, God wants that (He) not make/create for them luck/fortune (a share) in the end (other life), and for them (is) a great torture.
|
|
Let not those grieve thee who rush headlong into Unbelief: Not the least harm will they do to Allah. Allah.s plan is that He will give them no portion in the Hereafter, but a severe punishment.
|
|
177. * |
ان الذين اشتروا الكفر بالايمان لن يضروا الله شيئا ولهم عذاب اليم
|
|
an alXyn a$trwa alkfr balayman ln yDrwa allh $yYa wlhm `Xab alym
|
|
That those who bought the disbelief with the faith/belief, they will never/not harm God a thing, and for them (is) a painful torture.45
|
|
Those who purchase Unbelief at the price of faith,- not the least harm will they do to Allah, but they will have a grievous punishment.
|
|
178. * |
ولايحسبن الذين كفروا انما نملي لهم خير لانفسهم انما نملي لهم ليزدادوا اثما ولهم عذاب مهين
|
|
wlayHsbn alXyn kfrwa anma nmly lhm Kyr lanfshm anma nmly lhm lyzdadwa axma wlhm `Xab mhyn
|
|
And (let not) those who disbelieved think/suppose (E) that We extend in time/life/enjoyment/delay goodness for themselves, but We extend in time/life/enjoyment/delay for them to increase (them in) sin/crime, and for them (is) a despised torture.
|
|
Let not the Unbelievers think that our respite to them is good for themselves: We grant them respite that they may grow in their iniquity: But they will have a shameful punishment.
|
|
179. * |
ما كان الله ليذر المؤمنين على ماانتم عليه حتى يميز الخبيث من الطيب وماكان الله ليطلعكم على الغيب ولكن الله يجتبي من رسله من يشاء فامنوا بالله ورسله وان تؤمنوا وتتقوا فلكم اجر عظيم

|
ma kan allh lyXr almWmnyn `li maantm `lyh Hti ymyz alKbyx mn alTyb wmakan allh lyTl`km `li alGyb wlkn allh yjtby mn rslh mn y$a' famnwa ballh wrslh wan tWmnwa wttqwa flkm ajr `Zym
|
|
God was not to leave the believers on what you are on it until He distinguishes/separates the bad/malicious from the good, and God was not to show/inform you on the unseen, and but God chooses/purifies from His messengers, whom He wants/wills, so believe with God and His messengers, and if you believe and fear and obey, so for you (is) a great reward.
|
|
Allah will not leave the believers in the state in which ye are now, until He separates what is evil from what is good nor will He disclose to you the secrets of the Unseen. But He chooses of His Messenger. (For the purpose) whom He pleases. So believe in Allah. And His apostles: And if ye believe and do right, ye have a reward without measure.
|
|
180. * |
ولايحسبن الذين يبخلون بما اتاهم الله من فضله هو خيرا لهم بل هو شر لهم سيطوقون مابخلوا به يوم القيامة ولله ميراث السماوات والارض والله بماتعملون خبير
|
|
wlayHsbn alXyn ybKlwn bma atahm allh mn fDlh hw Kyra lhm bl hw $r lhm syTwqwn mabKlwa bh ywm alqyam+ wllh myrax alsmawat walarD wallh bmat`mlwn Kbyr
|
|
And let not those who are stingy/miserly with what God gave them from His grace/blessing think/suppose it is good/better for them, but it is bad/evil for them, they will be encircled/surrounded (with) what they were stingy/miser with it (on) the Resurrection Day, and to God (are) the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's inheritance, and God (is) with what you make/do, expert/experienced.
|
|
And let not those who covetously withhold of the gifts which Allah Hath given them of His Grace, think that it is good for them: Nay, it will be the worse for them: soon shall the things which they covetously withheld be tied to their necks Like a twisted collar, on the Day of Judgment. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.
|
|
181. * |
لقد سمع الله قول الذين قالوا ان الله فقير ونحن اغنياء سنكتب ماقالوا وقتلهم الانبياء بغير حق ونقول ذوقوا عذاب الحريق

lqd sm` allh qwl alXyn qalwa an allh fqyr wnHn aGnya' snktb maqalwa wqtlhm alanbya' bGyr Hq wnqwl Xwqwa `Xab alHryq
|
|
God had heard (the) saying (of) those who said: "That God (is) poor, and we (are) rich." We will write what they said, and their killing (of) the prophets without right, and We say: "Taste/experience the burning's torture."
|
|
Allah hath heard the taunt of those who say: "Truly, Allah is indigent and we are rich!"- We shall certainly record their word and (their act) of slaying the prophets in defiance of right, and We shall say: "Taste ye the penalty of the Scorching Fire!
|
|
182. * |
ذلك بما قدمت ايديكم وان الله ليس بظلام للعبيد
|
|
Xlk bma qdmt aydykm wan allh lys bZlam ll`byd
|
|
That (is) because (of) what your hands advanced/presented and that God is not with an unjust/oppressor to the worshippers.
|
|
"This is because of the (unrighteous deeds) which your hands sent on before ye: For Allah never harms those who serve Him."
|
|
183. * |
الذين قالوا ان الله عهد الينا الا نؤمن لرسول حتي ياتينا بقربان تاكله النار قل قد جاءكم رسل من قبلي بالبينات وبالذي قلتم فلم قتلتموهم ان كنتم صادقين
|
|
alXyn qalwa an allh `hd alyna ala nWmn lrswl Hty yatyna bqrban taklh alnar ql qd ja'km rsl mn qbly balbynat wbalXy qltm flm qtltmwhm an kntm Sadqyn
|
|
Those who said: "That God promised/recommended to us that We not believe to a messenger until he comes/brings to us with an approachment to God (offering that) the fire eats it." Say: "Messengers had come to you from before me with the evidences, and with what you said, so why (have) you killed them, if you were truthful?"
|
|
They (also) said: "(Allah) took our promise not to believe in an apostle unless He showed us a sacrifice consumed by Fire (From heaven)." Say: "There came to you apostles before me, with clear Signs and even with what ye ask for: why then did ye slay them, if ye speak the truth?"
|
|
184. * |
فان كذبوك فقد كذب رسل من قبلك جاؤوا بالبينات والزبر والكتاب المنير
|
|
fan kXbwk fqd kXb rsl mn qblk jaWwa balbynat walzbr walktab almnyr
|
|
So if they denied you, so messengers from before you had been denied (rejected), they came with the evidences, and The Books, and The Book, the luminous.
|
|
Then if they reject thee, so were rejected apostles before thee, who came with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment.
|
|
185. * |
كل نفس ذائقة الموت وانما توفون اجوركم يوم القيامة فمن زحزح عن النار وادخل الجنة فقد فاز وماالحياة الدنيا الا متاع الغرور
|
|
kl nfs XaYq+ almwt wanma twfwn ajwrkm ywm alqyam+ fmn zHzH `n alnar wadKl aljn+ fqd faz wmaalHya+ aldnya ala mta` alGrwr
|
|
Every self (is) tasting/experiencing the death, and but you are being fulfilled/completed your rewards (on) the Resurrection Day, so who was removed from the fire, and made to enter the Paradise, so he had won/succeeded/triumphed, and the present world/worldly life is not except the deceit's/temptation's enjoyment.
|
|
Every soul shall have a taste of death: And only on the Day of Judgment shall you be paid your full recompense. Only he who is saved far from the Fire and admitted to the Garden will have attained the object (of Life): For the life of this world is but goods and chattels of deception.
|
|
186. * |
لتبلون في اموالكم وانفسكم ولتسمعن من الذين اوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم ومن الذين اشركوا اذى كثيرا وان تصبروا وتتقوا فان ذلك من عزم الامور
|
|
ltblwn fy amwalkm wanfskm wltsm`n mn alXyn awtwa alktab mn qblkm wmn alXyn a$rkwa aXi kxyra wan tSbrwa wttqwa fan Xlk mn `zm alamwr
|
|
You shall be tested (E) in your properties and yourselves, and you will hear (E) from those who were given The Book from before you, and from those who shared/made partners (with God) much mild harm, and if you be patient, and you fear and obey, so then that (is) from the matters'/affairs' decisiveness/determination.
|
|
Ye shall certainly be tried and tested in your possessions and in your personal selves; and ye shall certainly Hear much that will grieve you, from those who received the Book before you and from those who worship many gods. But if ye persevere patiently, and guard against evil,-then that will be a determining factor in all affairs.
|
|
187. * |
واذا اخذ الله ميثاق الذين اوتوا الكتاب لتبيننه للناس ولاتكتمونه فنبذوه وراء ظهورهم واشتروابه ثمنا قليلا فبئس مايشترون
|
|
waXa aKX allh myxaq alXyn awtwa alktab ltbynnh llnas wlatktmwnh fnbXwh wra' Zhwrhm wa$trwabh xmna qlyla fbYs may$trwn
|
|
And when God took/received those who were given The Book's promise/covenant, to clarify/show/explain it (E) to the people, and do not hide/conceal it, so they discarded/rejected it behind/beyond their backs and bought/volunteered with it a small price, so how bad (is) what they buy/volunteer?
|
|
And remember Allah took a covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it; but they threw it away behind their backs, and purchased with it some miserable gain! And vile was the bargain they made!
|
|
188. * |
لاتحسبن الذين يفرحون بما اتوا ويحبون ان يحمدوا بما لم يفعلوا فلا تحسبنهم بمفازة من العذاب ولهم عذاب اليم
|
|
latHsbn alXyn yfrHwn bma atwa wyHbwn an yHmdwa bma lm yf`lwa fla tHsbnhm bmfaz+ mn al`Xab wlhm `Xab alym
|
|
Do not think/suppose those who become happy/rejoiced with what they got/were given, and they love/like that they be thanked/praised with what they did not make/do, so do not think/suppose them with a winning/success/triumph from the torture, and for them (is) a painful torture.46
|
|
Think not that those who exult in what they have brought about, and love to be praised for what they have not done,- think escape the penalty. For them is a penalty Grievous indeed.
|
|
189. * |
ولله ملك السماوات والارض والله على كل شئ قدير
|
|
wllh mlk alsmawat walarD wallh `li kl $Y qdyr
|
|
And to God (are) the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's ownership/kingdom, and God (is) on every thing capable/able.
|
|
To Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and Allah hath power over all things.
|
|
190. * |
ان في خلق السماوات والارض واختلاف الليل والنهار لايات لاولي الالباب
|
|
an fy Klq alsmawat walarD waKtlaf allyl walnhar layat lawly alalbab
|
|
That in the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's creation, and the night's and the daytime's (are) difference, signs/evidences (E) to (those) of the pure minds/hearts.
|
|
Behold! in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day,- there are indeed Signs for men of understanding,-
|
|
191. * |
الذين يذكرون الله قياما وقعودا وعلى جنوبهم ويتفكرون في خلق السماوات والارض ربنا ماخلقت هذا باطلا سبحانك فقنا عذاب النار
|
|
alXyn yXkrwn allh qyama wq`wda w`li jnwbhm wytfkrwn fy Klq alsmawat walarD rbna maKlqt hXa baTla sbHank fqna `Xab alnar
|
|
Those who mention/remember God standing, and sitting, and on their sides, and they think in the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's creation, "Our Lord, you have not created that wastefully,your praise/glory, so protect us (from)/make us avoid the fire's torture."
|
|
Men who celebrate the praises of Allah, standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and contemplate the (wonders of) creation in the heavens and the earth, (With the thought): "Our Lord! not for naught Hast Thou created (all) this! Glory to Thee! Give us salvation from the penalty of the Fire.
|
|
192. * |
ربنا انك من تدخل النار فقد اخزيته وماللظالمين من انصار
|
|
rbna ank mn tdKl alnar fqd aKzyth wmallZalmyn mn anSar
|
|
Our Lord, that you whom you make to enter the fire, so you had shamed/scandalized/disgraced him, and (there are) none to the unjust/oppressors from victoriors/saviors/supporters.
|
|
"Our Lord! any whom Thou dost admit to the Fire, Truly Thou coverest with shame, and never will wrong-doers Find any helpers!
|
|
193. * |
ربنا اننا سمعنا مناديا ينادي للايمان ان امنوا بربكم فامنا ربنا فاغفر لنا ذنوبنا وكفر عنا سيئاتنا وتوفنا مع الابرار
|
|
rbna anna sm`na mnadya ynady llayman an amnwa brbkm famna rbna faGfr lna Xnwbna wkfr `na syYatna wtwfna m` alabrar
|
|
Our Lord, that we heard a caller, calls to the belief, 'That believe with your Lord', so we believed, Our Lord, so forgive for us our crimes, and cover/substitute from us our sins/crimes, and make us die with the righteous.
|
|
"Our Lord! we have heard the call of one calling (Us) to Faith, 'Believe ye in the Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, blot out from us our iniquities, and take to Thyself our souls in the company of the righteous.
|
|
194. * |
ربنا واتنا ماوعدتنا على رسلك ولاتخزنا يوم القيامة انك لاتخلف الميعاد
|
|
rbna watna maw`dtna `li rslk wlatKzna ywm alqyam+ ank latKlf almy`ad
|
|
Our Lord, and give us what you promised us on your messengers, and do not shame/scandalize/disgrace us (on) the Resurrection Day, that you do not break the appointment (promise).
|
|
"Our Lord! Grant us what Thou didst promise unto us through Thine apostles, and save us from shame on the Day of Judgment: For Thou never breakest Thy promise."
|
|
195. * |
فاستجاب لهم ربهم اني لااضيع عمل عامل منكم من ذكر او انثى بعضكم من بعض فالذين هاجروا واخرجوا من ديارهم واوذوا في سبيلي وقاتلوا وقتلوا لاكفرن عنهم سيئاتهم ولادخلنهم جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار ثوابا من عند الله والله عنده حسن الثواب

|
fastjab lhm rbhm any laaDy` `ml `aml mnkm mn Xkr aw anxi b`Dkm mn b`D falXyn hajrwa waKrjwa mn dyarhm wawXwa fy sbyly wqatlwa wqtlwa lakfrn `nhm syYathm wladKlnhm jnat tjry mn tHtha alanhar xwaba mn `nd allh wallh `ndh Hsn alxwab
|
|
So their Lord answered/replied to them: "That I do not loose/waste the maker's/doer's deed from you, from a male or a female, some/part of you (are) from some/part (you are from each other), so those who emigrated, and were brought out from their homes/houses, and were harmed mildly in My way/sake, and they fought, and they were killed, I cover/substitute (E) from them their sins/crimes, and I will enter them (E) treed gardens, the rivers flow from below/beneath it, a reward from at God, and God at Him (is) the good/beautiful the reward".

And their Lord hath accepted of them, and answered them: "Never will I suffer to be lost the work of any of you, be he male or female: Ye are members, one of another: Those who have left their homes, or been driven out therefrom, or suffered harm in My Cause, or fought or been slain,- verily, I will blot out from them their iniquities, and admit them into Gardens with rivers flowing beneath;- A reward from the presence of Allah, and from His presence is the best of rewards."

لايغرنك تقلب الذين كفروا في البلاد
|
|
layGrnk tqlb alXyn kfrwa fy alblad
|
|
(Let) not those who disbelieved's turning (traveling) in the countries deceive you.
|
|
Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers through the land deceive thee:
|
|
197. * |
متاع قليل ثم ماواهم جهنم وبئس المهاد
|
|
mta` qlyl xm mawahm jhnm wbYs almhad
|
|
(A) little enjoyment, then their shelter/refuge (is) Hell, and how bad (are) the beds ?
|
|
Little is it for enjoyment: Their ultimate abode is Hell: what an evil bed (To lie on)!
|
|
198. * |
لكن الذين اتقوا ربهم لهم جنات تجري من تحتها الانهار خالدين فيها نزلا من عند الله وماعند الله خير للابرار
|
|
lkn alXyn atqwa rbhm lhm jnat tjry mn tHtha alanhar Kaldyn fyha nzla mn `nd allh wma`nd allh Kyr llabrar
|
|
However/but those who feared and obeyed their Lord, for them (are) treed gardens, the rivers flow from below/beneath it, immortally/eternally in it a prepared guest house/place of descent from at God, and what (is) at God (is) better to the righteous.
|
|
On the other hand, for those who fear their Lord, are Gardens, with rivers flowing beneath; therein are they to dwell (for ever),- a gift from the presence of Allah. and that which is in the presence of Allah is the best (bliss) for the righteous.
|
|
199. * |
وان من اهل الكتاب لمن يؤمن بالله وماانزل اليكم وماانزل اليهم خاشعين لله لايشترون بايات الله ثمنا قليلا اولئك لهم اجرهم عند ربهم ان الله سريع الحساب
|
|
wan mn ahl alktab lmn yWmn ballh wmaanzl alykm wmaanzl alyhm Ka$`yn llh lay$trwn bayat allh xmna qlyla awlYk lhm ajrhm `nd rbhm an allh sry` alHsab
|
|
And that from The Book's People whom (E) believes with God and what was descended to you, and what was descended to them, humble and fearing to God, they do not buy with God's signs/verses/evidences a small price, those for them (is) their reward at their Lord, that God (is) quick (in) the counting/calculating.
|
|
And there are, certainly, among the People of the Book, those who believe in Allah, in the revelation to you, and in the revelation to them, bowing in humility to Allah. They will not sell the Signs of Allah for a miserable gain! For them is a reward with their Lord, and Allah is swift in account.
|
|
200. * |
ياايها الذين امنوا اصبروا وصابروا ورابطوا واتقوا الله لعلكم تفلحون
|
|
yaayha alXyn amnwa aSbrwa wSabrwa wrabTwa watqwa allh l`lkm tflHwn
|
|
You, you those who believed, be patient, and compete in patience, and stand firmly on guard/steadfast, and fear and obey God, maybe/perhaps you succeed/win.47
|
|
O ye who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah. that ye may prosper.
