1.    This is the third time I am coming to you. "At the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established."{Deuteronomy 19:15}     This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.     τριτον τουτο ερχομαι προς υμας επι στοματος δυο μαρτυρων και τριων σταθησεται παν ρημα     This third time do I come unto you; on the mouth of two witnesses or three shall every saying be established;     ecce tertio hoc venio ad vos in ore duorum vel trium testium stabit omne verbum

2.    I have said beforehand, and I do say beforehand, as when I was present the second time, so now, being absent, I write to those who have sinned before now, and to all the rest, that, if I come again, I will not spare;     I told you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and being absent now I write to them which heretofore have sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare:     προειρηκα και προλεγω ως παρων το δευτερον και απων νυν τοις προημαρτηκοσιν και τοις λοιποις πασιν οτι εαν ελθω εις το παλιν ου φεισομαι     I have said before, and I say it before, as being present, the second time, and being absent, now, do I write to those having sinned before, and to all the rest, that if I come again, I will not spare,     praedixi et praedico ut praesens bis et nunc absens his qui ante peccaverunt et ceteris omnibus quoniam si venero iterum non parcam

3.    seeing that you seek a proof of Christ who speaks in me; who toward you is not weak, but is powerful in you.     Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.     επει δοκιμην ζητειτε του εν εμοι λαλουντος χριστου ος εις υμας ουκ ασθενει αλλα δυνατει εν υμιν     since a proof ye seek of the Christ speaking in me, who to you is not infirm, but is powerful in you,     an experimentum quaeritis eius qui in me loquitur Christi qui in vos non infirmatur sed potens est in vobis

4.    For he was crucified through weakness, yet he lives through the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we will live with him through the power of God toward you.     For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.     και γαρ εσταυρωθη εξ ασθενειας αλλα ζη εκ δυναμεως θεου και γαρ ημεις ασθενουμεν εν αυτω αλλα ζησομεν συν αυτω εκ δυναμεως θεου εις υμας     for even if he was crucified from infirmity, yet he doth live from the power of God; for we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him from the power of God toward you.     nam et si crucifixus est ex infirmitate sed vivit ex virtute Dei nam et nos infirmi sumus in illo sed vivemus cum eo ex virtute Dei in vobis

5.    Test your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or don't you know as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless indeed you are disqualified.     Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?     εαυτους πειραζετε ει εστε εν τη πιστει εαυτους δοκιμαζετε η ουκ επιγινωσκετε εαυτους οτι ιησους χριστος εν υμιν ει μητι  αδοκιμοι εστε     Your ownselves try ye, if ye are in the faith; your ownselves prove ye; do ye not know your ownselves, that Jesus Christ is in you, if ye be not in some respect disapproved of?     vosmet ipsos temptate si estis in fide ipsi vos probate an non cognoscitis vos ipsos quia Christus Iesus in vobis est nisi forte reprobi estis

6.    But I hope that you will know that we aren't disqualified.     But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates.     ελπιζω δε οτι γνωσεσθε οτι ημεις ουκ εσμεν αδοκιμοι     and I hope that ye shall know that we -- we are not disapproved of;     spero autem quod cognoscetis quia nos non sumus reprobi

7.    Now I pray to God that you do no evil; not that we may appear approved, but that you may do that which is honorable, though we are as reprobate.     Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.     ευχομεθα δε προς τον θεον μη ποιησαι υμας κακον μηδεν ουχ ινα ημεις δοκιμοι φανωμεν αλλ ινα υμεις το καλον ποιητε ημεις δε ως αδοκιμοι ωμεν     and I pray before God that ye do no evil, not that we may appear approved, but that ye may do that which is right, and we may be as disapproved;     oramus autem Deum ut nihil mali faciatis non ut nos probati pareamus sed ut vos quod bonum est faciatis nos autem ut reprobi simus

8.    For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.     For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.     ου γαρ δυναμεθα τι κατα της αληθειας αλλα υπερ της αληθειας     for we are not able to do anything against the truth, but for the truth;     non enim possumus aliquid adversus veritatem sed pro veritate

9.    For we rejoice when we are weak and you are strong. And this we also pray for, even your perfecting.     For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection.     χαιρομεν γαρ οταν ημεις ασθενωμεν υμεις δε δυνατοι ητε τουτο και ευχομεθα την υμων καταρτισιν     for we rejoice when we may be infirm, and ye may be powerful; and this also we pray for -- your perfection!     gaudemus enim quando nos infirmi sumus vos autem potentes estis hoc et oramus vestram consummationem

10.    For this cause I write these things while absent, that I may not deal sharply when present, according to the authority which the Lord gave me for building up, and not for tearing down.     Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction.     δια τουτο ταυτα απων γραφω ινα παρων μη αποτομως χρησωμαι κατα την εξουσιαν ην  ο κυριος εδωκεν μοι εις οικοδομην και ουκ εις καθαιρεσιν     because of this, these things -- being absent -- I write, that being present, I may not treat any sharply, according to the authority that the Lord did give me for building up, and not for casting down.     ideo haec absens scribo ut non praesens durius agam secundum potestatem quam Dominus dedit mihi in aedificationem et non in destructionem

11.    Finally, brothers, rejoice. Be perfected, be comforted, be of the same mind, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.     Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.     λοιπον αδελφοι χαιρετε καταρτιζεσθε παρακαλεισθε το αυτο φρονειτε ειρηνευετε και ο θεος της αγαπης και ειρηνης εσται μεθ υμων     Henceforth, brethren, rejoice; be made perfect, be comforted, be of the same mind, be at peace, and the God of the love and peace shall be with you;     de cetero fratres gaudete perfecti estote exhortamini idem sapite pacem habete et Deus dilectionis et pacis erit vobiscum

12.    Greet one another with a holy kiss.     Greet one another with an holy kiss.     ασπασασθε αλληλους εν αγιω φιληματι     salute one another in an holy kiss;     salutate invicem in osculo sancto salutant vos sancti omnes

13.    All the saints greet you.     All the saints salute you.     ασπαζονται υμας οι αγιοι παντες     salute you do all the saints;     King James Version All the saints salute you.

14.    The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. Amen.     The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.     η χαρις του κυριου ιησου χριστου και η αγαπη του θεου και η κοινωνια του αγιου πνευματος μετα παντων υμων           the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, is with you all! Amen.     King James Version The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, [be] with you all. Amen.
