Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter,
|
|
Woe to every backbiter, slanderer.
|
|
سورة الهمزة بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ٛــــ ويل لكل همزة لمزة
|
|
Calamity/scandal/woe to every/each backbiter/spurrer, defamer/blamer.
|
|
|
|
Waylun likulli humazatin lumazatin
|

Who pileth up wealth and layeth it by,
|
|
He hoards money and counts it.
|
|
الذي جمع مالا وعدده
|
|
Who gathered/accumulated property/possession/wealth and he counted it repeatedly.
|
|
|
|
Allathee jamaAAa malan waAAaddadahu
|

| 3. * |
Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever!
|
|
As if his money will make him immortal.
|
|
يحسب ان ماله اخلده
|
|
He thinks/supposes that (E) his property/possession/wealth made him immortal/eternal.
|
|
|
|
Yahsabu anna malahu akhladahu
|

| 4. * |
By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces,
|
|
Never; he will be thrown into the Devastator.
|
|
كلا لينبذن في الحطمة
|
|
No but he will be discarded/thrown away (E) in the intense fire/Hell.
|
|
|
|
Kallalayunbathanna fee alhutamati
|

| 5. * |
And what will explain to thee That which Breaks to Pieces?
|
|
Do you know what the Devastator is?
|
|
وماادراك ماالحطمة
|
|
And what made you know/informed you what the intense fire/Hell (is)?477
|
|
|
|
Wamaadraka maalhutamatu
|
| |
| 6. * |
(It is) the Fire of (the Wrath of) Allah kindled (to a blaze),
|
|
GOD's blazing Hellfire.
|
|
نار الله الموقدة
|
|
God's fire, the ignited/kindled.
|
|
|
|
Naru Allahi almooqadatu
|
| |
| 7. * |
The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts:
|
|
It burns them inside out.
|
|
التي تطلع على الافئدة
|
|
Which ascends/rises on (to) the hearts.
|
|
|
|
Allatee tattaliAAu AAalaal-af-idati
|
| |
| 8. * |
It shall be made into a vault over them,
|
|
They will be confined therein.
|
|
انها عليهم مؤصدة
|
|
That it truly is on them stationary/residing.
|
|
|
|
lnnahaAAalayhim mu\sadatun
|
| |
| 9. * |
In columns outstretched.
|
|
In extended columns.
|
|
في عمد ممددة
|
|
In extended/spread pillars/posts.
|
|
|
|
