The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. | {For the Chief Musician. To the chief music-maker. Of David. The foolish man has said in his heart, God will not do anything. They are unclean, they have done evil works; there is not one who does good. |

יהוה משמים השקיף על־בני־אדם לראות היש משכיל דרש את־אלהים׃ |

Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad. | Oh that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion!
