מלפניך משפטי יצא עיניך תחזינה מישרים׃ |

תמך אשרי במעגלותיך בל־נמוטו פעמי׃ |

אני־קראתיך כי־תענני אל הט־אזנך לי שמע אמרתי׃ |

הפלה חסדיך מושיע חוסים ממתקוממים בימינך׃ |
Shew thy marvellous loving-kindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them. | Show your marvelous loving kindness, you who save those who take refuge by your right hand from their enemies. | Make clear the wonder of your mercy, O saviour of those who put their faith in your right hand, from those who come out against them. | |||

מפני רשעים זו שדוני איבי בנפש יקיפו עלי׃ |
From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about. | from the wicked who oppress me, my deadly enemies, who surround me. | From the evil-doers who are violent to me, and from those who are round me, desiring my death. | |||

חלבמו סגרו פימו דברו בגאות׃ |

קומה יהוה קדמה פניו הכריעהו פלטה נפשי מרשע חרבך׃ |

ממתים ידך יהוה ממתים מחלד חלקם בחיים וצפינך תמלא בטנם ישבעו בנים והניחו יתרם לעולליהם׃ |
From men which are thy hand, O LORD, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes. | from men by your hand, Yahweh, from men of the world, whose portion is in this life. You fill the belly of your cherished ones. Your sons have plenty, and they store up wealth for their children. | With your hand, O Lord, from men, even men of the world, whose heritage is in this life, and whom you make full with your secret wealth: they are full of children; after their death their offspring take the rest of their goods. | |||
