| 2. | Yahweh said to me, This gate shall be shut; it shall not be opened, neither shall any man enter in by it; for Yahweh, the God of Israel, has entered in by it; therefore it shall be shut. | Then said the LORD unto me; This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because the LORD, the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut. |

| 7. | in that you have brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to profane it, even my house, when you offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant, [to add] to all your abominations. | In that ye have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, even my house, when ye offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations. |
בהביאכם בני־נכר ערלי־לב וערלי בשר להיות במקדשי לחללו את־ביתי בהקריבכם את־לחמי חלב ודם ויפרו את־בריתי אל כל־תועבותיכם׃ |

| 9. | Thus says the Lord Yahweh, No foreigner, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any foreigners who are among the children of Israel. | Thus saith the Lord GOD; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel. |

KY 'aM-HLVYM 'aShUr UrChQV M'yLY BTh'yVTh YShUr'aL 'aShUr Th'yV M'yLY 'aChUrY GLVLYHM VNSh'aV 'yVNM. | but -- the Levites who have gone far off from me, in the wandering of Israel when they went astray from Me after their idols, and they have borne their iniquity. | sed et Levitae qui longe recesserunt a me in errore filiorum Israhel et erraverunt a me post idola sua et portaverunt iniquitatem suam | |||||

VHYV BMQDShY MShUrThYM PhQDVTh 'aL-Sh'yUrY HBYTh VMShUrThYM 'aTh-HBYTh HMH YShChTV 'aTh-H'yLH V'aTh-HZBCh L'yM VHMH Y'yMDV LPhNYHM LShUrThM. | And they have been in My sanctuary ministrants, overseers at the gates of the house, and ministrants at the house; they slay the burnt-offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they stand before them to serve them. | erunt in sanctuario meo aeditui et ianitores portarum domus et ministri domus ipsi mactabunt holocaustosin et victimas populi et ipsi stabunt in conspectu eorum ut ministrent eis | |||||

VL'a-YGShV 'aLY LKHN LY VLGShTh 'yL-KL-QDShY 'aL-QDShY HQDShYM VNSh'aV KLMThM VThV'yBVThM 'aShUr 'yShV. | And they draw not nigh unto Me to act as My priest, and to draw nigh unto any of My holy things, unto the holy of holies, and they have borne their shame and their abominations that they have done, | et non adpropinquabunt ad me ut sacerdotio fungantur mihi neque accedent ad omne sanctuarium meum iuxta sancta sanctorum sed portabunt confusionem suam et scelera sua quae fecerunt | |||||
| 14. | Yet will I make them performers of the duty of the house, for all its service, and for all that shall be done therein. | But I will make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all that shall be done therein. |

והכהנים הלוים בני צדוק אשר שמרו את־משמרת מקדשי בתעות בני־ ישראל מעלי המה יקרבו אלי לשרתני ועמדו לפני להקריב לי חלב ודם נאם אדני יהוה׃ |

| 24. | In a controversy they shall stand to judge; according to my ordinances shall they judge it: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all my appointed feasts; and they shall make my Sabbaths holy. | And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths. |
ועל־ריב המה יעמדו לשפט במשפטי ושפטהו ואת־תורתי ואת־חקתי בכל־ מועדי ישמרו ואת־שבתותי יקדשו׃ |

VBYVM B'aV 'aL-HQDSh 'aL-HChTShUr HPhNYMYTh LShUrTh BQDSh YQUrYB ChT'aThV N'aM 'aDNY YHVH. | And in the day of his coming in unto the sanctuary, unto the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he bringeth near his sin-offering -- an affirmation of the Lord Jehovah. | et in die introitus sui in sanctuarium ad atrium interius ut ministret mihi in sanctuario offeret pro peccato suo ait Dominus Deus | |||||
