עזרי מעם יהוה עשה שמים וארץ׃ |

אל־יתן למוט רגלך אל־ינום שמרך׃ |
He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. | He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. | May he not let your foot be moved: no need of sleep has he who keeps you. | |||

הנה לא־ינום ולא יישן שומר ישראל׃ |
