| 7. |
אם־זכרתיך על־יצועי באשמרות אהגה־בך׃ |
Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice. | For you have been my help. I will rejoice in the shadow of your wings. | When the memory of you comes to me on my bed, and when I give thought to you in the night-time.
| 8. |
כי־היית עזרתה לי ובצל כנפיך ארנן׃ |
My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me. | My soul stays close to you. Your right hand holds me up. | Because you have been my help, I will have joy in the shade of your wings.

דבקה נפשי אחריך בי תמכה ימינך׃ |
But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth. | But those who seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth. | My soul keeps ever near you: your right hand is my support.

Everyone who swears by him will praise him, for the mouth of those who speak lies shall be silenced. | They will be cut off by the sword; they will be food for foxes.
