| 2. | "Tell Aaron and his sons to separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, which they make holy to me, and that they not profane my holy name. I am Yahweh. | Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the LORD. |
דבר אל־אהרן ואל־בניו וינזרו מקדשי בני־ישראל ולא יחללו את־שם קדשי אשר הם מקדשים לי אני יהוה׃ |

I am Yahweh. | Say unto them, Whosoever he be of all your seed among your generations, that goeth unto the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am the LORD. |

Whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goes from him; | What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him; |

'aV-'aYSh 'aShUr YG'y BKL-ShUrTSh 'aShUr YTM'a-LV 'aV B'aDM 'aShUr YTM'a-LV LKL TM'aThV. | or a man who cometh against any teeming thing which is unclean to him, or against a man who is unclean to him, even any of his uncleanness -- | et qui tangit reptile et quodlibet inmundum cuius tactus est sordidus | |||||
| 6. | the person that touches any such shall be unclean until the evening, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he bathe his body in water. | The soul which hath touched any such shall be unclean until even, and shall not eat of the holy things, unless he wash his flesh with water. |

ואיש כי־יאכל קדש בשגגה ויסף חמשיתו עליו ונתן לכהן את־הקדש׃ |
V'aYSh KY-Y'aKL QDSh BShGGH VYSPh ChMShYThV 'yLYV VNThN LKHN 'aTh-HQDSh. | `And when a man doth eat of a holy thing through ignorance, then he hath added its fifth part to it, and hath given it to the priest, with the holy thing; | qui comederit de sanctificatis per ignorantiam addet quintam partem cum eo quod comedit et dabit sacerdoti in sanctuarium | |||||

ולא יחללו את־קדשי בני ישראל את אשר־ירימו ליהוה׃ |
VL'a YChLLV 'aTh-QDShY BNY YShUr'aL 'aTh 'aShUr-YUrYMV LYHVH. | and they do not pollute the holy things of the sons of Israel -- that which they lift up to Jehovah, | nec contaminabunt sanctificata filiorum Israhel quae offerunt Domino | |||||
| 16. | and so cause them to bear the iniquity that brings guilt, when they eat their holy things: for I am Yahweh who sanctifies them.'" | Or suffer them to bear the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the LORD do sanctify them. |

| 18. | "Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, 'Whoever is of the house of Israel, or of the foreigners in Israel, who offers his offering, whether it be any of their vows, or any of their freewill offerings, which they offer to Yahweh for a burnt offering; | Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the LORD for a burnt offering; |

| 20. | But whatever has a blemish, that you shall not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you. | But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you. |

| 21. | Whoever offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh to accomplish a vow, or for a freewill offering, of the herd or of the flock, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein. | And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein. |

| 27. | "When a bull, or a sheep, or a goat, is born, then it shall remain seven days with its mother; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for the offering of an offering made by fire to Yahweh. | When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the LORD. |
שור או־כשב או־עז כי יולד והיה שבעת ימים תחת אמו ומיום השמיני והלאה ירצה לקרבן אשה ליהוה׃ |
